I have lost £48,643.16 and do not know where to start i have contacted Store First who gave me Capita Oak Solicitors number as They have had the same problem contacting Capita Oak. They told me not to worry as Capita Oak have invested in Pods etc
with Store First but can not tell each individual investor where there pension money as gone.  Can anyone help.?

Who did they say Capita Oak's solicitors were?  Metis Law or DWF?

Hi Sean...contact the ombudsman, pensions regulator and action fraud...then keep an eye on this blog. .! Theres a lot going on and we can but hope that not only does this get sorted out but the monies are returned

Am seeking to make contact with Alan Fowler whom I believe is associated with your firm.  He is also associated with Stephen Ward of Premier Pension Solutions and Premier Pension Transfers, James Hadley, Christopher Payne, Bill Perkins, Sarah Duffel, Toby Whittaker and various other connected parties.

My enquiry relates to some disappearing millions invested in Store First storage pods and pension liberation fraud with the associated loan company Thurlestone and the employing sponsor of the occupational scheme R. J. Medplant.

I am in communication with Metis Law and Europe Emirates and need Mr. Fowler to come forward to give me his version of the story - as you can imagine I have heard many different versions to date - from a wide variety of sources.  Most of the versions are pointing the finger at Mr. Fowler.

The police, the press and the BBC are seeking my comments and evidence against the various parties involved but I would rather say nothing until I have spoken to Mr. Fowler.  I have been told that Mr. Fowler was also involved in Ark pensions and is closely associated with Mr. Ward.

Think quite a few people are being haunted as well as hunted. Its a funny thing but the people/firms who are truly innocent come right out and tell me everything and give me their full cooperation. Those who have something to hide either don't answer emails/calls or send me threats of libel/defamation.  I have a whole wall in my office covered with them - they cover up the cracks and when I need a quick bit of paper to swat a fly or spider they come in handy.  Shall I publish a list of those who have been cooperative and those who haven't?

i have just been sick a few times after reading through all the posts. I have made a few mistakes in my life
but this is the most costly so far. I have contacted ombudsman also i have contacted L&G asking them why they transferred
my pension to capita oak without any checks. They will respond in ten days. But I feel L&G SHOULD have done more checks.
I will keep up to date with all the post and hope we can get some justice.

Did not get her name but gave me a contact for capita oak solicitors Paul Cooper on 0113 242 4099 metis law. She told me that
she has be unable to contact Capitaoak and told me solicitors have invested all our funds into store pods and she can't tell me what my £48,000 has been invested in as Capitaoak own lots of storage and told me she would contact me as soon as she has a answer from solicitors but i still asked for Paul Cooper number. Then i was told by solicitors it was Paul Cooper i needed to speak to and put me through to his answer machine.

I emailed him via his agent regarding this matter and didn't even get a response of any kind

This site is registered in the USA , Freedom of Speech and all that.
If they object they have a right to reply or can go through the US legal system if they feel they have been slandered in any way.
I'm sure with some of the posts they are monitoring the site.
This site is about informing people of the persons/companies who call them or are behind them. It gives people the opportunity to decide if its a scam or not.

I know exactly how you feel , in the beginning it keeps going over and over in your head. You feel violated , sick and angry. You keep saying... How was I so stupid? Why did I not listen to my own nags ? These people are living a dream on our money.
I will never trust like that  again, I will question everything. You have come onboard quite late and hopefully owing to the fantastic efforts of Angie and Paul we are nearer a result of some sort .

Which is shortly due a ruling I've used due diligence and the fact is was an occupational pension neither in my opinion were checked thoroughly enough, I have a pension through my employer with them so it should have been a simple cross check

Excellent. I think they also saw HMRC rubber stamp and were reassured by that. They are however meant to be the professionals

Publish it Angie...Did the Ark victims who have Royal Mail pensions threaten any action against Royal Mail?..Shouldn't HMRC be liable for anything? shouldn't they be paying some form of compensation?
