- John jWhite Knight If you have any contact details for imperial trustees forward it to the relevant persons emails rather than put them on here so that they dont change it again
- paul t replies to White knightVery interested..
- den replies to White knightThen make the details known ..These people have destroyed lives
- Angie replies to White knightYes please - a contact number would be most useful. The Times want to do a follow-up article on their Ark piece very soon, exposing the perps further and also showing how the "establishment" allows these scams to happen in the first place, i.e. tPR, HMRC and FCA and then do nothing about it when it all goes tits up. Also, The Sunday Times want to do a follow up on their Ark article as well as the Capita Oak case.

- steve| 1 replywhite knight probably knows jack [***], he is just playing games with you ,
tell this a mile off , - Angie replies to steveJames Hadley is trying hard to be helpful and Metis Law are doing all they can but their hands are tied at the moment. The brains behind Capita Oak is Stephen Ward of Premier Pension Solutions in Spain http://www.prempensions.com/
Am wondering how much introduction commission he got from the 10 million investment in Store First. SWard@ppsespana.com
Perhaps a few emails to him would help? Am sure he will be pleased to fall over himself to be transparent and honourable.
http://www.pension-life.com/#!about1/cd6t - Angie replies to den| 4 repliesAm sure if he is genuine he will email you. Meanwhile, perhaps people who are interested in both Capita Oak and Westminster would like to email the man who set them up, Stephen Ward of Premier Pension Solutions Spain and Premier Pension Transfers UK SWard@ppsespana.com the following questions:
1. Why did you set up Capita Oak as an occupational scheme with an employer called R. J. Medplant Ltd. in Paphos, Cyprus which doesn't exist? And why did you invest 100% of the 10 million in one asset - store pods? http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/experts/ar ... larm-bells.html
2. Why did you set up Westminster as an occupational scheme with an employer called R. J. Medplant Ltd. in Paphos, Cyprus which doesn't exist? Why would a non-existent company in Cyprus with no employees need two occupational pension schemes? And have the assets of the 10 million pound Westminster gone up in smoke like the 10 million pound Capita Oak assets have done? And what were the assets of Westminster - truffle trees or xmas trees?
3. When are you going to compensate your thousands of victims for the millions of pounds worth of pensions they have lost? Ark, Evergreen, Capita Oak, Westminster, Southlands, Headforte, Hastings, Halkin, Hammerley, Randwick, Bollington Wood, Feldspar, EEA Life Settlements?
That should keep him busy, and he will need to go take a holiday in one of his six Florida holiday villas to put his feet up once he has seen to all his dissatisfied customers: http://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p3538149 - Angie replies to AngieApologies. Full retraction. It wasn't R. J. Medplant. It was R. P. Medplant - should have gone to Specsavers!
- den replies to Angie| 2 replieswell I've copied and pasted and sent..his first email to me said that he assured me that himself or any of his colleagues only did minimal admin work..take a read
I assure you that neither myself nor any of my colleagues have or had any involvement in the Capita Oak scheme other than some routine pensions admin work. We certainly did not arrange the scheme investments nor did we have knowledge of how the scheme was invested.
You need to contact the scheme trustees; I will ask my colleagues if they have a contact e mail for you to do that
You may also wish to express your concerns to the Pensions Regulator.
Regards
Stephen Ward
