but standing by watching an obvious scam wine investment company esp as they do the accounts, then to say they only did 1 years. There on the same level as the solicitors trying to silence people about the storage scam, what do they really care as long as there getting fees.

put this nonsense straight, hopefully once and for all . this is brian downs here. ken gundlach came to see me for the first time in 2008 and asked me to form a company for him ,so i did so with myself as the sole director ,all perfectly legal . straight away i resigned and he was appointed the sole director , all perfectly legal . my firm were then appointed as accountants to prepare and file the accounts for 09,10 11, and 12 and theses were filed at companies house ,no back dating  no cover ups nothing at all . end of story . let us go back for this site to be for capita oak  and capita oak only .

It took nearly 2 years to submit the post dated resignation electronically.
An easy oversight esp as you were named on the 2009 return.

That is a pointless post. Funds taken as part of a scam are not returned. Work on the assumption that they are lost and plan your affairs accordingly.

The scheme still owns numerous store pods, there is some cash there.

are right, professional auctioneers are putting a low figure of £30.00 ft roughly 20% of original purchase price.
39 pods in diff lots up for auction this month.
We know what will happen when larger numbers hit the market.
Agents are offering discounts on new pods now.
Small pod numbers should be easy to move on, not sure on the larger ones like the pensions unless an investor takes them on, oh just spotted today's date.

Since no one knows if there is any value, I think the best advice is to expect the worst and plan for it. Enough false hopes were dished out when that last director was appointed.
