answer your point .i can assure the last director together with solicitors and accountants  did everything possible to solve this nonsense but were hampered and obstructed by store first ,by their solicitors ,by former directors and shadow directors and finally by the official receiver . please remember criminal acts took place here all years before the final director was appointed so let us not blame him again.

Had my doubts at the start, but I reckon he was batting for the investors when he realised just the kind of crooks he was up against.

And I'm sure the creditors with claims of 40 million pounds who purchased wine from a company he was officer of for nearly 2 years and oversaw the accounts for 5 wished he'd battled for them.
