The electronic filed annual returns show Gunach as director and B Downs as company secretary dated 17-9-2009.
The electronic filed resignation of B Downs as company secretary dated 9-6-2010 but post dated 18-9-2008.
You may have thought you were a director for a day but you can see where the confusion has come from and an impersonator is the only plausible excuse I can think of .
