Are not trustees of the scheme and cannot be  simply because the way the scheme was written

Well the letter they've sent says they've been appointed

how was it written? What does that mean in English anyway?

Their job to recover funds from these scams ? They will have there work cut out.

They seem to take over cases of fraudulent schemes but who pays them and if they get control of the tin boxes will the money even pay there fees?

If there's no money available they won't get paid

Just got an emali that confirms Dalriada are taking over this S..show. It seems that they know one of the COak admin team rather well by the looks of it.

After reviewing statement from Insolvency Service - surely there must be arrests and charges brought on the basis of all evidence. Some people must be facing long prison sentences
