Anyone got there dreaded tax bill yet?

A spokesperson for HMRC said: “We have an obligation to enforce the tax charges. If individuals need help paying we will discuss a ‘time to pay’ arrangement with them.”

Andrew Tully,  pensions technical director at advisers Retirement Advantage, said that unless you are seriously ill any pension cash withdrawn before 55 is treated as an unauthorised payment and subject to tax at least 55 per cent and sometimes 70 per cent.

Tully said: “You will have to pay this charge even if you did not understand or realise you had broken the rules.”

Advantage are NOT advisers. They are part of MGM

The last few weeks in 2016 and the first weeks in 2017 have brought an extremely worrying development: at least one major SIPP provider has refused to accept investors’ instructions to enter their Pods into auction. We understand this stance stems from the Store Pods’ auction house anticipating demand from potential buyers to be so low (or even non-existent?) as to not merit entry of an unlimited number of Pods into their sales.

Just accept money is gone and won't be coming back to anyone. The only reassurance is Karma

Berkley Burke rufused to enter mine due to ther "Not being enough money in the SIPP" although I could have put them in for a lot less than they said it would cost. They want to hang on to them so they can charge (steal) your admin fee every year

Forget she posed as an Ifa specialising on pensions on the Ifa life website until she was outed and she quickly altered it, screen shots taken tho and hopefully people will see through her.

And regret it
