Did it not occur to you that everyone caught up in this is hitting themselves over the head for being " stupid " and for being taken in by this?

Don't need you to rub it in. Ok, so call everyone stupid. Being stupid is not a crime, cheating people is.

    Have nice weekend!

    Yeppers, maybe I am.

Was not using my name, but think I have something to say and so used titles that followed the threads.

Commented about half a dozen times on here now. Will comment again as I see fit.

Like I am going to publically tell HMRC I took a loan so that they tax me for my cashback?

    No worries.

HMRC don't come under The stupid Title , I can think of a few titles for them.

You don't need to tell them they will know !!

Hope you all get a result.

The tax demands will be in the pipeline, you can be sure of that.  Perhaps Metis Law's professional indemnity insurance will cover that?

Time is ticking along and nowt seems to be happening here. I called Metis Law last week and was told they were all on holiday. This lot-
    Metis Law, 84 Albion St , Leeds 0113 2424 099
How can the whole b.....y firm be on holiday?  My understanding was that Angie was supposed to be talking to them to move things forward. They arranged our money to buy Store First and Angie was supposed to get an accountant sorted.  Still waiting Metis Law and Angie. There is a limit to how long we will wait for "dew process'' or whatever you lot call it. Is that clear?

Kicking off isn't going to get monies back only way is for capita to make it all available otherwise it's through the courts and then most of it will be sucked up by laywers/barristers and costs believe me just look at where ARK is and what's been spent on legal costs fees
