As you can imagine, I have got my hands pretty full with the plight of the Capita Oak victims at the moment.

So I was hoping you might help me out with the Atlas Pension Scheme. Rather than waiting until it all goes pear shaped and hundreds of victims are having sleepless nights over millions of pounds' worth of lost pension money (as in the case of your Capita Oak scheme) how about you explain how Atlas works now? That way, when it all goes tits up - and the only traceable director is your own 22-year old daughter - it won't be quite such an ordeal to sort out the mess afterwards.

I was also wondering whether you could also have a little chat with Alan Fowler over his suggestion - while exploring options - that in the case of Capita Oak there was scope for an initial payment with the aim of smoothing ruffled feathers to avoid the need to appoint an independent trustee "and avoid the possible unintended consequences of such an appointment". He will tell you that "admin has not been handled smoothly by Bill & Co even though you have had all that money!?".

So how about handing some of it back Bill? Think you could spare 1.6 million? The Capita Oak members would appreciate that - especially now that your mate Brian Downs is telling the members they are locked in for six years.

Please remember, contrary to what your mate Stephen Ward may say, Ark is not history, neither is Capita Oak and nor will Atlas be.

I know the likes of Fowler, Perkins, Payne, Downs and many more are watching this forum every day, and seeking ways to throw individuals of course to prevent the truth from coming out, which to be fair is already out!

You [***] make me sick, and who cares about "Chatter" because "When it goes all tits up" is exactly what will happen, which has happened to this Capita Oak bollox............Oh and if so called professionals from Metis Law can tell Angie that she has "[***] it up" then as I have mentioned who gives a [***] about "Chatter" as you call it..

These guys have ripped us off big time, taken money that is not theirs, having a life of luxury at your expense, and at least with the info coming through from Angie it will help others out there who have yet to be sucked into their scams realise not to do business with these scum bags.

I think it might be worth explaining how a Class Action works - for the benefit of the Capita Oak victims (and the chattering perps as well).  A group of victims who have been scammed - as in the case of Ark and Capita Oak - and are facing the potential loss of a pension and also crippling tax liabilities - can spend many thousands on solicitors and accountancy fees.  Several of the Ark victims tried it and got nowhere.  In a Class Action, all the victims pay the same and the membership fees are put towards all the costs of appeals against the tax liabilities, including Self Assessment tax returns and representation in the Tax Tribunals.  Also, taking action against the perpetrators, the negligent pension providers, and - in the case of Capita Oak - instructing accountants and auditors to do the accounts and carry out valuations and an audit.  Imperial Trustee Services did not keep proper accounts, and there is a great deal of work to be done and fees to pay to get this sorted.  If the Pensions Regulator appoints an independent trustee it would be great to be able to say "it is all done and dusted, so thanks but no thanks".  In the case of Ark, the independent trustee charged 800k in three years and spent 2.3 million on legal fees.

I think Joe, you should either sit back and do nothing, or join the many Capita members who are behind Angie to try and help us get this sorted out. We have come a long way with the help of her and Ark in the space of a couple of months. Without this we would have made very little progress. You sound very much like you are there pretending to be in Capita Oak, but are determined to undermine anything positive. If you are genuine, why don't you email Angie and ask what its all about. If not, I suspect you are just there to stir things up. Very little gets said on this forum now, because of previous hijackings, and most is done via private communication.

Strange that the following important questions are unanswered :

a) Angie  and J Brooks are  the sole directors of Reigate Town Club Ltd (RTC). See http://companycheck.co.uk/company/01127614/RE ... ors-secretaries \
Angie has been a director since 2007
b) RTC is in liquidation ( see https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/L-60221-1638704). The liquidation is compulsory and following an order against RTC in the Croydon Court by HMRC.
c) Reigate Town Club is a poker gambling establishment, raided and closed down by the police who discovered illegal high-stake poker games being played.
d) The RTC liquidator in his latest report says he not getting any responses from the directors about the companies main asset, a loan to the directors of between £200k and £600k.
e) Angie has in various communications described herself as a former tax barrister. This is false.  
f) Angie has been making extensive use of stolen data.  This is the subject of criminal proceedings.  
g) Angie as is known from this thread recently appointed herself as a director of a UK company by making a false representation to Companies House. She has subsequently been removed.
h) Angie describes herself as a former director of the British Taxpayers Federation. There is no such entity nor has there ever been

Sense is either Perkins, Fowler or Ward (who dressed up as Batman on Facebook) - or possibly Payne (or maybe Paul Clarke of AES - who dresses up as Sid the Sloth on Facebook).  They have tried all this before in order to deflect attention from what they have done and actually nobody is interested.  This forum is not the place to get off topic, but if anyone would really like to know the whole truth rather than the lies the fraudsters are telling (and has the time and energy!) I will be pleased to give a full explanation - in fact I will print out an FAQ!  However, if the fraudsters think anything is ever going to take the spotlight off what they have done to hundreds/thousands of innocent victims, they are very much mistaken.

Also Is Master Steve Bate's ' Atlas Pension' the same as Stephen Bates of Global Trustees reg at that 21-25 North street place,
Plus many more, Q10 Administration now on the 'one to watch list'.
Zero 4 Admin now moved from the home Address.
