If I lived in the UK I would vote for whichever party sorted out the pension liberation mess (HMRC, tPR, independent trustees, FCA, ceding pension providers etc.) and ensured the maximum sentence for the fraudsters.

Is he and other government ministers aware of who is involved with these scams? Do they have names? Cos, if they do,  if they do nothing  I  am going viral on this.  They have a window.... Do not let ID and his team drop this.

Karen, the perpetrators are watching this forum because they are worried and want to know what is going on and how close they are to being outed and brought to justice.  They are posting on here with various names to protect their identity and the only thing I can tell you for sure is that there are varying degrees of guilt on the part of all of them, some of them, one of them.  Until and unless we get the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth out of Metis Law and some of the lesser parties we simply won't know who did what and who got paid what.  What is for sure, somebody made a packet out of Capita Oak and it will get exposed.  We know where Capita Oak originated and who was ultimately responsible at the top of the pile of fraudulent rubbish, but we don't yet know exactly what part the various collaborators played.  But it is gradually coming out - like pulling teeth.  Don't worry, it will all be out there soon.  It simply isn't possible to defraud 300 victims out of 10.8 million and get away with it.
