If Mr. Downs claims to be the accountant for the Capita Oak scheme, perhaps he can explain why Mr. Chant was appointed a director of Imperial Trustee Services and why Mr. Payne resigned?  Roger Chant and his son Paul Chant are directors of PHC Investments whose registered office is the same as Mr. Downs of Downs & Co.

Mr. Downs is instructed by Bill Perkins of Active Pensions.  Can't wait to see Mr. Downs' "report".  JWK Solicitors acting for Store First have now confirmed that the 1.7 million was definitely paid to Transeuro Worldwide Holdings (Gibraltar) on the instructions of the operators of the scheme.  Perhaps Mr. Downs would like to comment?  And if he doesn't know the answer himself, he can ask Mr. Perkins.  And Mr. Fowler.  And Mr. Ward.  Or maybe he knows the answer anyway but is too shy?

Downs is a puppet controlled by Perkins they both are in Bromley with the other Puppet Payne I don't think they realise how good these private investigators are.

And me I would like my investment returned. To Mr Downs I requested a pension transfer to my new scheme but imperial/ capita oak completely ignored this and of which I know is a criminal offence. When are you going to do something about this as it has dragged on for months with emails here emails there and also this forum.

Putting liquidity issues to one side, a transfer value is not going to be provided without there being a proper valuation and the establishment of seperate accounts by member. Reading this, it is clear that such accounts do not exist and so how can this pension even offer you a transfer statement, let alone a transfer out? An investment return is the reward to the investor for putting his capital at risk . Looks like the investor, in this case, was not the one to receive the reward for putting capital at risk.

Yes and as every member wants there capital out it shouldn't be an issue as to a full transfer out back to a proper account to be divided back into an investors new fully validated scheme. If to u know so much about pensions then if I requested a transfer which goes unanswered and ignored longer than the 14 days by government laws,
then it is a criminal offence is it not?

I think alot of people are looking to cash in on our misfortunes and we could end with nothing to show.

To be honest, I am not sure. It has been gradually becoming my view that the FCA, the Pensions Regulator and the other government agencies only have teeth for, and act against,  regulated IFAs who step out of line.

I've heard enough now and no matter what you choose to believe the bottom line is we've been scammed and as far as I'm concerned all the names highlighted in recent months behind Capita Oak all knew exactly what they were doing and intending to do, and that being maximum profit by stealing from others.
