I woke up this morning and it hit me, the pension is lost and we will get hit with a tax bill. I think it is time to bring those responsible to account and bankrupt them for this. If there is any pension money left then I think that would be a bonus. Might not be want Angie wants to hear, but locking up people is not enough. They need to pay.

I had an email from the national fraud team and it looked promising as they say there is enough evidence to initiate a police investigation. Even though the police had a look into it this will have added more weight to it. So justice may still be served on those responsible.

You seem pretty bright Brian,where as I'm just of average intelligence Chris Payne director of imperial,1.6 million payed to a company with 2 people with the same surname Payne listed as directors 1st transeuro dissolved and new one set up in gibralta around the time the 1.6 mill was paid out by TW (that can't be argued any more) now CP as resigned and the other paynes seem to have the 1.6 mill TW paid out
This is of course my own thoughts and conclusions and I have no evidence nor would I say was conclusive but highly coincidental would you not agree

How can a property salesmen be on record as saying this is a valid pension? I might as well ask my cat. Does not matter if TW says it is or is not, he just sells carparks and store units. What we need on record from him is a realistic value of the units in this market.

two replies to joe  i would suggest that you personally speak to toby whittaker  go straight to the top  secondly how can this situation concerning payne be a coincidence  the company that you mentioned was formed in 1997 in bolton as a building installation company  and dissolved in 2001  lok at company registrations and you will see another transeuro company that has its registered office in e18  sorry joe this is crazy

It is blatantly obvious that you are directed by Perkins there has been no sign of Fowler so the conclusion is that Perkins is pulling your strings.
