hiya andy,i am in the same situation as all on this site but i was duped by a firm called CL&P,they introduced me to Carey pensions, who are my administrators with you guessed it........ Storefirst. I have had nothing i was prommised financially,and have been bounced between the last two,i cant even find CL&P.Re Kayleigh ,iwas in contact with her until October ,and has now been replaced with Ruth,and i am sure i have heard that name before. I just wish that someone somewhere would stand up and be honest.anyway goodluck and Merry Christmas.

Put in a complaint to the FCA, at least this firm is actually regulated and insured. Pretty sure Imperial have no insurance as I doubt any insurer would touch them.

I have checked this and HMRC do not approve products for SIPPs.
Offering 10 to 20% commission to agents, while trousering probably just as much. What is the normal estate agency commission for commercial property? 1.5 to 2.0% perhaps?????

They do live the high life. For those of you thinking Store First ran rings around Imperial are mistaken. These men work together, they have known each other for a very long time. These are the same people that took deposits for apartments and then used that money to build in other failure schemes. Just google TW and his organisation Dylan Harvey. At that time poor souls set up forums just like this..but he wasn't even banned from being a director. And when it comes to the high life, they spend their money on cars and flash watches, live in mansions with no mortgages.  To me it seems these will end up civil cases...but you need to do what you can to retrieve your money..and you know where your money is..(used to build a hotel in burnley)
