All freely available on the internet so i am not infringing anyones rights :) - AcountsAnyone got the acounts yet! Somewhere back on this thread was a promise off of Downs that they had been done and ready for someone to approve them for sending out. What happened!!!! As TW now says that the garuanteed rent was not sent to some other firm, will the acounts show where it went! Sure we all want this answer?
- Karen replies to Ank| 29 repliesWow, Toby Whittaker attacked and burgled in his own home , obviously as payment for his shady business dealings and scams. How can he sleep at night knowing his family are a possible target. And how his wife condones his business behaviour and accepts the obvious risk to herself and children is beyond any realms of comprehension
- The answer replies to Karen| 27 repliesis money.
- Dna replies to The answer| 26 repliesCopied from replies in Lancashire Telegraph, Its in their Dna, thought people would have got wise after first one.
Hope that surveyors who does the generic valuations has got some good PI Insurance, Wonder which part of the country he's from, don't think TW will think twice about hanging any one of you out to dry.

This is not the whole story. Dylan Harvey are a bunch of cowboy developers who were conning people out of their life savings by providing false valuations on properties way above what they were worth and selling these properties with car park spaces when knowing full well they did not come as part of the package because they had already sold them. The recession is being used as an excuse to excuse their fraudulent behaviour, taking deposits and not returning them once valuations were way off the mark, providing solicitors who were just as bent as them. The MD is a FRAUDULENT CHEAT who drives flash cars and expensive suits living off the back of people who have put their life savings in to property. These guys have been reported to the Fraud Squad, Watchdog were looking in to them as well as national newspapers such as Times Online. Everyone beware of this company, deal with them at your peril, keep away from Mike Talbot, Toby Whittaker, Lawrence Whittaker, John Slater. - Angie replies to Dna| 7 repliesTo be honest I think it is a case of "buyer beware". Anybody can offer something which is worthless or faulty or rotten, and most ordinary people can see through it and will avoid it like the plague. The problem with a pension is that it is down to the people who run the pension (administrator or trustee or investment manager) to decide what to invest in. Ideally, the person making the investment decision should be qualified and independent i.e. not have anything to gain from the investment choice. The problem with Capita Oak was that the people making the investment decisions were the same people who profited from the investments with both introduction commissions and theft of the rental income from the scheme, as well as receiving the 5% fees. Imperial, TKE Admin, Premier Pension Transfers, Thurlstone, Transeuro were all run by the same fraudsters. My curiosity remains unsatisfied because Mr. Downs has still not published his version of the Capita Oak accounts (can't wait to see how he accounts for the 100k paid to Thurlstone). It took me two hours. Apparently he can't find Roger Chant to get him to sign them off. I suspect Chant has finally realised that however much the fraudsters paid him to put his neck on the line wasn't worth it now he understands the extent of the fraud he is involved in.
- Angie replies to StringsWhy do you think the fraudsters keep spamming this forum and trying to discredit the people who are getting closer to having them convicted? They have a nice and lucrative business and they don't want us getting to them so they do everything in their power to try to hinder this forum. They are very worried about how this will impact their standard of living because they don't know any other way to operate - and trading honestly is not something they would even consider.
- Serious replies to KarenShame they didn't finish him off save a lot of heartache for others , he well deserves that. I would be very surprised if there weren't contracts out for them. ( different from the contracts used to rip people off )
- Karen replies to Angie| 1 replyHe is taking an awful long time for something he considers so important ?
- paul t replies to KarenCan't imagine much has been done in the last week nor this coming week..end of the week commencing 5th Jan I'd go for...i suspect the "missing" 1.2 caused chaos but as I understand it much of this had been accounted for...We will see !!
- Dna replies to Angie| 4 repliesBuyer beware, yes but when you get further down the road I would expect a solicitor to do a little duedil.
We've got an investment with people offering it with history of failure.

- Dna replies to InterestingLot of historic business at stake for them !!
- Dna replies to InterestingNot just charity workers they also targeted the Money Saving Site where a confidential report similar to the SSA one was removed. They need to trawl for his brothers company also, seems the surname is getting a reputation.
http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/warranty-wise-c326387.html - Ank replies to Dna| 17 repliesWhat I don't understand is how he got away with what he did under the Dylan Harvey guise...he should have been fined and banned from ever being a director again. He's been investigated by HMRC but got away with that too..the papers can investigate and report but proper action needs to be taken
Angie- it may have been other investment companies that decided where the money was invested but what you have to realise is that they were all working together...how else did they make so much money disappear? - Ank replies to DnaGuess we had all better be careful on here..or they will be tracing ip addresses...
- Angie replies to Ank| 16 repliesI know they were all working together. Premier Pension Transfers, Imperial, Thurlstone, Transeuro.....all the same. Then throw a few negligent professionals into the mix and you have the perfect recipe for disaster. Today is the Pensions Ombudsman's deadline for Mr. X to transfer out and Downs is still having trouble with the accounts - best accountant in the world can't cover up fraud on this scale. The bank statements clearly show large sums of money going out to "third parties" and anything up to 1.22 million is missing in transfers.
