Glad to see the "garbage" has been removed.  Lets hope Admin have blocked the IP address of the sender.  This thread is too important  to a lot of people to be disrupted.  I look forward to better news for you all in the New Year.

This thread is certainly important as it is a valuable place to exchange information and intelligence about the fraudsters.  I think people are now wise to their false posts and scams.  Not a peep out of Chant or Downs and no sign of the promised accounts or investigation report despite the fact that today is the Ombudsman's deadline.  Metis Law have gone very quiet.  Calm before the storm methinks.

The total missing in transfers which apparently completed but never made it to Metis Law/Store First is 1,220,123.24 - although only part of this is confirmed by the members concerned.  Also, there should be a surplus of 176,217.63 in cash, although Metis Law are sitting on 31,982.20 of that.  Then there's the 100,557.58 paid to Thurlstone and the 451,751.85 paid to Christopher Payne/TKE Admin which needs to be repaid to the scheme.  Plus the queries regarding payments to third parties which are on the bank statements but not on the accounts which I requested clarification on from Downs this morning.  All that is, of course, before the 2-year guaranteed 8% rental income which was paid to Transeuro.

If there is nothing missing, then what is the delay? Why not put us all out of our misery and issue them as a matter of urgency? They are already years late!

Think Mr. Chant has run out of ink in his pen - or perhaps busy running the business while his brother is enjoying HM pleasure?

If he is so busy, why take on the directorship in the first place? Has anyone yet had any communication from Mr C? As director, and,so I would guess sort of a guardian of the pension, why no contact with the members since his appointment? How do we all make contact with Mr C, can someone provide his contact details?

I think it is worth examining the responsibilities of a director and pension scheme administrator.  When you resign as a director you don't shed your responsibilities and obligations.  When Christopher Payne resigned, he remained accountable before the law - especially as he was the first ever director of ITSL.  There was no reason for him to resign as it did not change anything.  Then Roger Chant became director but nobody has heard a single word from him.  So not sure why he bothered.  Did he have a burning desire to help clean up the mess?  Was he being a good Samaritan?  If so, why hasn't he contacted any of the Capita Oak members (as is his legal duty)?  Did he have any idea what a "poisoned chalice" ITSL/Capita Oak was?  Under normal circumstances, a pension administrator would - once appointed - immediately contact all the members of the pension scheme, introduce himself and offer to be on hand for any queries or problems.  If it is true that Mr. Downs has completed the accounts, why hasn't he signed them off?  Or is he seeking further professional advice?  Am sure we are all anxious to see Mr. Downs' version of the accounts - just a pity he and Mr. Chant did not think it would be a good thing to put the Capita Oak members out of their misery before xmas.  Wonder if they will do it before new year.  We will see.

All we need is the accounts - both for the scheme and for the members individually.  Mr. Downs says he has done them and all he is waiting for is the signature of Mr. Chant.  Then we need the valuations of the store pods.  And finally we need confirmation that the pods are properly in the name of Capita Oak and not Imperial.  Once we have all the information we can see exactly what has happened and start to move forward.  First thing we need to do is recoup all the lost rental income and then reclaim the spurious charges made by the various parties who were responsible for this unholy mess and bring those who caused this to justice.  It really isn't difficult - all we need is some transparency and cooperation.  How long does it take to do a signature?  They were quick enough to sign things when they were setting it all up and scamming people in the first place, but now they have got to put it right they are dragging their feet.  Come on chaps - do the right thing and get these accounts out today before new year.  That is the least the victims deserve.
