Then there is a similar income from the Ark scheme.

Easy money to be honest. All I have to do is act like I'm busy and kick and scream  like a cow and the "victims" will be none the wiser.

"Victims" = a word used by the likes of Angie when in reality the asset is safe and sound and all that is to be dealt with is the administration cares that can  be deemed as high and of course secure the asset and allow those who wish to sell; to sell.

And to my knowledge no one has paid anything apart to the thieves..which Angie certainly isn't one..The fact that these shadowy fools keep slagging her off trying to turn us against her just tells me she's getting closer and closer to the truth

Brian - the threats of violence are coming from the random posters who just pop up now and then to ruffle feathers.  The vicitms of this scheme have not used foul language or violence.

That was the firm that checked the purchase contracts for the store pods,  the rent then disappeared. Need to see an independent valuation and Land Registry documentation to be satisfied.

I didnt want to beleive you were right about all of this but looks like there is an attempt to delay information and I cant see any positive reason for not giving out the figures to us before christmas. If Mr Downs is a proffessional acountant then I am sure he did his job and so what are we waiting for now!

It is very simple.  I issued a set of accounts and the fraudsters didn't know I had all the figures so they can't do what they wanted to do which was to issue a set which ignored the missing 1.22 million plus the 170k missing cash plus justify the 100k paid to Thurlstone.  Now they are scratching their heads wondering whether I will expose their accounts as a fraud.  So they have to be very careful because once they issue a fraudulent set of accounts they are in serious trouble. And they simply don't know how to play it.

All this blustering by Downs is just a front.  Chant is just some dodgy geezer employed by the fraudsters - probably paid a monkey or two just to be a director of Imperial.  They know the trail leads back through Imperial, Premier Pension Transfers, Perkins, Fowler, Ward to Thurlstone and Transeuro.  All they want is enough time to try to obscure the trail and they think that by delaying the accounts they can think of a way to destroy the evidence.

I reluctantly am coming to the same conclusion. Why is there no independent firm of accountants appointed and why hasn't a professionally qualified trustee been appointed as director?

Chant won't sign off the accounts.  He can't put his name to a fraud.  Payne resigned without realising that resignation doesn't protect a former director from fraud charges.  So whatever Downs is - a fraudster, a puppet or just a plonker - all he is actually doing is protecting the fraudsters (albeit inadvertently if we are to believe his innocence despite his close friendship with Bill Perkins which he has admitted).

Don't understand why you would think that your blunder busting approach is going  get you anywhere on here....apart from p****** the people off who may just be able to assist...You didn't get the accounts ...why...cos you are not entitled to them..take a step back for once in your life for gods sake Ms Brooks ...If you know how..!

If she is representing a member, surely she is entitled to the accounts. The individual statements and scheme accounts are well overdue anyway. That Angie's fault too?
The people that are involved in the set up and supposed running of this scheme seem to have no interest is assisting anyone.The months tick by and no one knows the value of their pensions, the date the bill from HMRC will arrive or how to transfer their money to another pension. Out of interest, does anyone know of any investor that has successfully sold their storepod?

As trustee I am entitled to the accounts.  I sent numerous letters of authority to Downs but he denied ever having received them.  The members are entitled to the accounts but despite repeated  promises they haven't materialised from Downs although I have published my version based on incomplete bank statements as Downs claims he won't relinquish them. Not a single member has received accounts from Downs despite promises and assurances for weeks.  Think Chant is delaying signing off the Downs version of the accounts because he now realises he is up to his neck in a major scam and probably doesn't know how to back-peddle quickly enough to get himself out of this mess.

Appointed herself as trustee...signed on behalf of ITSL by...herself...simply put, not something you can do...like witnessing your own signature !
In answer to your final point re pod...no..

Hopefully tPR will appoint a professional independent trustee.  Until I took over there was no trustee.  ITSL was appointed administrator, not trustee.  I removed ITSL as administrator because it was clearly set up for the sole purpose of earning a large amount of fees and commissions, not to operate a proper pension scheme for the benefit of the members.  The PO reinforced this damning criticism.  The original trust deed was invalid - signed by Alan Fowler and Karen Burton (not a director of ITSL at the time) and there were no names below the signatures and no witnesses.  Those behind ITSL were operating a scam and JWK solicitors confirmed that those running Capita Oak (i.e. ITSL directors and shadow directors) gave the instruction to pay the 8% 2-year guaranteed rent to Transeuro.  It is worth asking why Downs was instructed NOT to investigate why Metis Law paid 100k to Thurlstone.  Downs is helping the fraudsters, not the Capita Oak victims.
