The problem they have is how to account for the 100k payment to Thurlstone and the missing 1.22 million.  They will have to think up a story for that - plus some very dodgy payments from the reserve account including "commission".  They can do all the creative accounting they want but the truth will come out.  For now they are doing everything they can to hide the truth and the facts, and of course Downs rejected the approach from an independent accountant/auditor because the last thing they want is for the guilt of the fraudsters to be exposed.  They are not smart enough to realise that it is all going to be in the public domain soon and that the authorities are closing in, albeit not as quickly as we would like.  But we will get there, despite all this smoke and mirrors nonsense.

The real question is why the accounts have not been provided to the members as promised.

The reason is that fraud has been committed and tracks are desperately trying to be covered. If nothing to hide then forward the f---ng info. No , delay and blame Angie. Your name appeared yesterday on lots of different numbers on this website, making inane and often rude comments.  The subject matter on the various numbers was different,  so it looks as if you were only concerned with amusing yourself causing trouble.  That's not much of a problem with the PPI and Solar Panel calls, but this particular number is important to people who have lost their future because of these criminals.  May I therefore suggest you go and play elsewhere.

in saying that...Go through postings and you will see for the last 11 months i have given my life to Capita Oak...I genuinely represent many an individual who has been ripped off...i am an IFA who is sick and tired of nothing being done ...and at the same time, sick and tired of mud being thrown...which, in my opinion, has made matters, at times, worse...no secret with many who have been involved during 2015...tried to voice an opinion, anonymously, it backfired in trying to not cause upset..
