- paul t replies to Den| 22 repliesThe transaction may have been done as a loan, via a completely different company as any payment made back to someone in respect of their pension is deemed an "unauthorised payment"...
Their way of getting around this I woild suggest... - Den replies to paul t| 21 repliesso if we are able to get some funds back how would we have to receive it? Would we be taxed on anything we got back?
- john j| 1 replyI have also had response from my previous pension holder who said they carried out enough checks into Capita Oak and they believe it was true transfer. Has anyone got any paperwork with a scheme number on or a reference number please. You can email me at jewitt8668@gmail.com

- paul t replies to ANNHi Ann...if you want to email me at paul@kirbyandco.com then I will forward a letter ive sent to Royal London on clients behalf..maybe something similar should then go to scottish Widows from you...most of the content will be relevant..
- Andy 8a replies to ANN| 2 repliesHi Ann.
The addresses you should write to are below. Just try and send a clear worded letter of what exactly has happened and copies of any documentation. They both have different roles, the Pension Regulator being the most powerful, and both are investigating the case. As for any win/ no fee Lawyer, I think is probably a waste of time as they wont have any power to do anything if they cant contact them.
As for getting any money out, the best hope is through the Pensions Regulator freezing the fund and appointing an independent Trustee (ie a reputable company who will wind up the scheme). And Remember that would only be a start - the next and difficult thing would be for them to try and sell these storage things and I cant see Storefirst being exactly helpful in this matter.

- Karen replies to den| 15 repliesI have also contacted Pensions regulator
- den replies to Karen| 14 repliesGreat! the more of us that contact them the more likely we are to get a result I feel
- KAREN replies to den| 13 repliesyou know, I am a bit concerned that the b------ds that robbed us are reading this and getting heads up... is there no way we can set up something confidential?
- Den replies to KARENI definitely think they're reading this that's why I said in an earlier post we all must be careful what we write on here..if someone is computer literate (not me lol) maybe we could make a password controlled site?? also leaving this site available in-case there is anyone else looking for support if they've been duped like us...just a thought
- Den replies to KAREN| 11 repliesKaren did you ever hear anything back from Quentin Wilson or his agent?..Didn't he do some kind of watch dog programme at some time??
- Karen replies to Den| 10 repliesNo nothing. I was thinking. As our money is in Storefirst can we not individually issue a claim via MCOL ? If they do not respond we can issue judgment and enforcement and if they do file a response we get a court hearing
- Den replies to Karen| 9 repliessorry for my ignorance but what is MCOL?
- Karen replies to Den| 8 repliesMoney Claims on line. The claim is lodged with Northampton County Court. Anyone who is owed money by anyone can set up an account free online. It is what I do for a job but my question is more can we pursue Storefirst for our money if we transferred to Capita Oak
