Of course they won't release them - they will reveal the fraud in all its glory and they are not going to do that.  They will say Chant is away, or he might even resign and see if the fraudsters can find another mug to be director.  Chant probably reckoned they weren't paying him enough to put his neck on the line.

Interesting that in November ITSL filed a statement with 1 GBP capital.  I wonder what happened to all that money they made?  Probably paid it all out in commissions to people who introduced the Capita Oak victims to their terrible fate.  I think all the store pods were put in the name of ITSL and not Capita Oak, so the fraudsters are valuing the 9.8 (or 10.8 if the missing 1.22 million was also used to buy more store pods) at one pound?

There is no buck passing going on. Its just common sense. Trying to help out by telling it how it is. Hopefully will  help people understand that its down to the director to release accounts not Downs as Angie seems to suggest.

This is the balance sheet. One pound in the bank. No assets or liabilities. Don't have the Profit and Loss Account, but this surely raises a few questions.

Has this ''director'' made any attempt at communicating with the Capita Oak members?
Has Mr X had his transfer paid after the Omsbudsman's ruling?
Will the ''director'' release the accounts? What will be the next excuse?

Downs says he has done the accounts.  So why hasn't the director and shadow directors signed them off and sent them to the members?  Trouble is, they won't match the Companies House returns.

No, Mr. X has not had his transfer out.  Downs and Chant/shadow directors have simply ignored the Pensions Ombudsman's determination.

Have you seen the Companies House records?  ITSL charged 5% of 10.8 (plus 1.22) million plus the pods were put in the name of ITSL instead of Capita Oak most probably, so there should be something in the accounts returned to Companies House.  But there isn't.

What is your angle here mate? If you know something, tell us.
Angie's comments can easily be shown up to be false if the accounts were to be made available now , showing all the transactions. If she was wrong, surely the director would be getting the accounts out to all and sundry urgently to put her straight on the matter.

Believe me, I would love to be proved wrong.  If Downs/Chant/shadow directors came up with proper accounts for the scheme and the members showing no anomalies and all transfers present and correct, plus if Metis Law got the valuations done on the store pods, and everything stacked up and the assets were properly in the name of Capita Oak I would be delighted.  I would happily eat my words and apologise all round for doubting anyone.  But that's the funny thing, you would have thought that Downs and Chant/shadow directors would be falling over themselves to produce the accounts and prove me wrong.

I would have thought store first would have to pay up as the money was invested there?

Storage unit investments are now mentioned in the same breath as all other scams, wine, carbon credits & diamonds.

Don't forget they will market it for you, along with ALL the other new ones some 'Investor' (replace that with whatever you like) hasn't bought yet.
If they don't sell they will fall back onto the t&cs where Storefirst Management Ltd will buy back after 5 years if they have the funds, last accounts showed that company worth £4879.00. Good luck !!!

We have made the decision to publish the new business address of Imperial Trustees and where we have witnessed certain individuals visting.

This will be done in due course.

Through our investigations which have been particularly easy we have established where Imperial have moved to (by following individuals known to be linked to Imperial) and the "cover" company name they have used (just asking who works upstairs).

Before we release this information we would like to stress the reason we are doing this is  it has taken an awful lot of time and money (hotels and time off at our own cost) collecting the evedence. we have reported it all to the right people and we understand it has greatly helped.

We are publishing the information so members like us can corrospond directly with the real individuals which were administering the Capita Oak scheme and ultimately benifited massively from our pension money.

We would like to point out that we are a band of ex forces members with collectively 60 years in the forces. we have all the skills they teach soldiers some of which we have used tracking these people. However the main skill of violence should NEVER be used in a situation like this because it will get none of us anywhere.
