I really cannot leave matters as they are. I can assure all of you that I have no evidence of theft or fraud, if I had I would have to report it, it would not be a question of whether I wanted to or not I would have to by law. I would also inform you that since last October I have been in constant touch with the Insolvency Service and have today spoken to them today and informed them that they would be sent the accounts today. These accounts have been prepared by this firm and I can assure that there is no 1.2 million missing as stated by Miss Brooks. How could she prepare accounts when she admitted herself that she did not have all the info and I would like to know where she obtained the bank statements from that she did possess, that would be an interesting answer, I believe I know the answer but will Miss Brooks tell us

Interesting. Pension liberation is termed as fraud by the MAS, which is a government backed advice service.
"Pension scams, also known as ‘pension loans’ or ‘pension liberation fraud’, is the transfer of your pension savings to an arrangement that will allow you to access your money before the age of 55. In the majority of cases, these offers are bogus and you will probably lose most, if not all, of your savings."

No evidence of fraud? No one was loaned any money under the age of 55?

I believe Mr Downs that you had stated that the members would get copies of the accounts as we were entitled to see them but not miss brookes? So by your actions in last email you were exaggerating and had no intention of letting the members see for themselves where the money went as it will certainly implicate individuals as to fraud  and crimes, as the national fraud squad has already deemed it to be fraud on a grand scale. If you were looking out in the best interests of us the members then it wouldnt have dragged on as long....... Would it?

How can you have no doubts Paul? Where is the money? And why is there so much to hide if nothing illegal took place?

Fowler, Perkins and Ward agreed on 3% of the total transfer value, with Ward's "team" (i.e. Anthony Salih) doing the transfer admin for 250 per head.  Presumably the remaining 2% went to the "introducers" doing the cold calling and scamming.  I don't know what happened to the missing 1.22 million - it would have gone through Salih's hands but it was not sent over to Metis Law to purchase Store First pods.  So either it went into the fraudsters' trousers or into another dodgy asset with huge kickbacks.  Either way, Downs knows the truth, however much he denies it.

I like your stance on this...I still think the money is in store first...but is that where you would want to leave it? There's been no rental income and I can't really see them trying to sell used pods when they have so many new ones

The 1.2million has never been missing  the correct amount was collected and paid over to Metis law.the 1.2 million described by miss brooks as missing was totally incorrect and imagined by her that is a point of fact

There were 47 transfers totalling 1.22 million that were neither transferred to Metis Law nor paid over to Store First. Ask Salih.

I will stand by what Paul says as he has stuck by and did quite alot in the beginning and has been fair to all. I would be happy just to get what was paid in and forget about any interest or rental income as that has certainly been misappropriated somewhere in all this.

    Forgive me for thinking aloud.

With due respect to Angie. May I propose Paul T take over and work on behalf of the members?

The immediate response to Angie who I liken to a Jack Russell at the ankles of Downs etc

I feel Paul T is able to get the job done as the response is one of respect for the manner in which Paul T conducts himself. Just a suggestion for you all to consider.

If the members require Paul T to lead the way? I will happily hand back half of the money they have paid for me to represent them.

I keep 75k and the other 75k can go to pay for Paul T's efforts.
