Debt management company. Registered with TPS so should not get these calls. When will TPS start prosecuting?

Got mine 10.44 5/6/2013 about writing off debts. (recorded message)

Had a call from this mob AGAIN. I've already reported them (at LEAST once) before.
I don't speak or press any "5" or "9" and I dial 1471 to get the callers number after the call ends, so I can then report them to the I.C.O. at:

and click on "Report your concerns".

Got a call from this lot this morning.  On TPS. Reported to ICO.

they rang my mobile usual recorded message of 'according to our records' I would love to know what records they have on me!!!!  something to do with claiming and at that point i put the phone down

Just had call from debts company   calls are very annoying . The best way is to cut them off after a few seconds which i did as soon as you start to hear the automated call .

Called me about 5 minutes ago, didn't bother answering, never do if it's not a number I know.
Always come here to see if anyone else has had a call from them.

Unwanted prerecorded nuisance call, claiming can eliminate debt.

Every day for the last three weeks had a pre-recorded message.  The TPS is useless

I am sick to death of automated messages about PPI etc on my phone while I am at work!  I am waiting for a phone call as my boyfriend is in hospital and all I am getting is rubbish sales calls!

Called by "Haddon Injury" on 0151 909 1965 - recorded message touting for business and inviting the unwary to press 5!

I had a call from the above number. I didn't answer the call but rang 1471 and 1571 but there was no message

Silent call from this number, at 14:47, on 05/03/2013  I am on the do not call register.

Just called me, another autodialler trick I think

Whatever the message you get says, it is actually asking...'Is this a real number?'

By pressing 9, you aren't taking yourself off the list, you are actually putting yourself onto one!
Just ignore it and you wont be put onto the 'real mobile number list'

Thanks for the info. I'll be on the phone using my legal knowledge and threating them with my solicitors I'll use the unions (Thompsons) & my employment (Paris Smith)

Two calls in the last few minutes...
I'll be going back through this 'thread' for some advice about complaining.

I keep getting this type of automated calls but this time I actually got this number when I called 1471, I hung up as soon as the message started, I can not believe that they have got any business like this most people just like me hang up. I am fed up with this I wish some one could do something to stop this crap.

plagued with this type of call - registered withTPS and that don't work. Wriye to M.Pand ask them to get off their colective backsides and do something about nuisance calls which are, at best , annoying and ,at worst, worrying forolder peopls who should have the right to live in peace !!

Received call from this number again. I have written to my MP, Theresa May (The Home Secretary). I received an acknowlegment response saying that she has written to the culture secretary asking what them to investigate what is being done about these calls. Still waiting to hear further.
