I see that some posts of both mine and Capt. Scam Sniper's that were on Page 27 have been removed.

Does that this mean this place actually has moderators and if so then why can't get its act together to also let us subscribe to threads and send us post update emails whenever there is a new post in a thread like any other normal internet discussion forum would.

The services of the site are given free.       If you don't like it, don't use it.

Interesting how the trail went cold after my last posts in March 2013.

I suspect it is only because the relentless TPS abusing scammers involved have moved on work for new clients under a new name given that Mr Tim Fowler and his firm may have perhaps finally got the message that this is not a safe or wise way for a solicitor to try and acquire potential new client leads

However plenty of these Nev Wilshire BBC Three program style aggressive deliberately TPS abusing call centres are still at it to this day as I still get several a month (or several a day if I am away from my home number for several weeks and am then back home in the daytime for a few days)

Today I reported this lot in Manchester at https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/01616671660 who go by the name of UK Claims People and claim to be able to get back charges for all add on banking services to your current account that you have been charged for and think you either didn't agree to at all or were missold or misled about/.

Will these scumbags ever get the message unless the ICO starts handing out fines for say £10 million per time to the largest call centres if that is the level of financial reward that they are achieving through their quite relentlessly and deliberately illegal telesales activities.

Media tactics have now been calling be daily (through their other trade names) for a month now. I have complained to every company I can think of and still nothing. I can't believe that this is legal and this company has gotten away with doing this for years! I'm also tps registered which makes it worse!

As you are TPS registered you need to report these calls to TPS.  If you don't do that then TPS doesn't know you are getting them.  TPS is a voluntsry code signed up to by reputable UK based commpanies.  Rogue companies ignore it.  Under the nre law which came in last month you also need to report them to the Information Commissioner's Office.  They, unlike TPS, have the legal powers to fine these companies and their CEOs up to £500,000, so it's really worth doing.
