I am registered with the TPS and I am ex directory, yet I have still received automated calls from this number. Most annoying. Latest call was today at 12:10. I simply hung up.

Just sent ICO a link to this page on the general behalf, saying that there were 23 pages of complaints about 01519091965 and asking to have it shut down.

Two calls in last couple of days - I answer and leave 'phone off the hook for a while, hope it runs up their 'phone bill.

Sorry mate but ICO won't take this forum seriously since it's just an outlet for people to vent anger as the 2 people fighting above show ICO will only act after numerous complaints are filed on their website with all the form details correct :(

I agree with annoyed.  Minimum payment of £5 per call would soon stop these piss artists.

Got a call from them falsely claiming I'd "opted in". Let their call waft into thin air at arms length ..... they can waste their automated time, not mine.

God help the poor b*****s who fall for this sort of c**p. These people are time-wasting vermin engaged in criminal activity and should be thrown in a bottomless pit along with all the other chickensh*t thieves and moneylenders....

Had another just now.  Pressed 5 and told Mary to [***]. She said did I know it was being recorded. I said good because as I am TPS she wont be calling me again

I would suggest that all forum users look at the post by Capvermell on page 21.

It appears that he led the callers along and eventually was put through to TPF Law Solicitors in Manchester.   This is serious if solicitors are knowingly using  a Liverpool company to ignore TPS on their behalf.

I've just been called from this number offering advice on Debt!

Does anyone actually talk to these people?  Why do they bother ringing when all we do is hang up or tell them to ....?

how on earth can pressing 5 or 9 be anything to do with premium phone numbers.  They've rung you for goodness sake. Press 5 and waste as much of their time as you can - they are paying for the call

also report to www.ico.gov.uk/complaints - it only takes a minute and is the only way we'll stop these pests.
