My mum received a call tonight at 9pm from this number. Google search and found this site. As a debt collector what this company is doing is completely wrong. Office of fair trading (oft) is a guide line EVERY debt collection company has to stick to otherwise they could loose the licence and be fined. If u feel you have a complaint I would contact ofcom or the financial ombudsman. Make notes of every call and request for a SARS request (every note on account and every call which must be record). As for 5 calls in 50 mins that is harrassment. B@$!ards like these are give other collectors a bad name. By law no monies offered can be rejected.

I keep getting calls from this company.
The message i get is "Congratulations you have won 50% discount". They dont say what the discount is for, or who has actually won the discount. Its clearly a trick so you will call them back.I live alone and do not have any debt. So i do not appreciate their underhand tactics or their persistent ringing of my number.

I receive those annoying calls everyday on my vodafone mobile. They even leave a message in voicemail if I don't answer...The problem is that I'm abroad, and I pay every single call I receive. And I can't change number because I gave it to every recruiter I know (I'm looking for a new job).

I keep getting calls from this number, ....every time I call them back to say the person who they are looking for doesn't live here.

The receptionist is very rude and abrupt and just say if the person who they are looking for keeps giving them my number then they will keep calling, then she hangs up xx

I'm not sure if there is anything I can do but if someone does could you please post on here and let me know! I'm sick of it.

They people keep leaving messages on my answerphone asking me to call an agent urgently but I do not have any debts at all! I have now blocked their numbers.

Just had a text from them saying   "Please contact Alison at Mackenzie Hall urgently on 01563554540 quoting reference number  M....... , or visit us at www.mackenziehall.co.uk

Just had a quick nosey round on their website and on their Contact Us page there is a section where if you enter your (made up) name and details (or use their name, address and phone number which is on the bottom of their web page just to really confuse them) you can then send them your comments as you see fit. Ta - daaaaaaa!!

THEM RINGING MY HOUSE PHONE I SIMPLY ANSWEARED THE PHONE WHEN I REALIZED
IT WAS THEM I JUST LEFT THE PHONE ON THE SIDE FOR OVER 1 HR THIS KEEPS THEIR LINE OPEN AND UNUSABLE THAT WAS 5 WEEKS AGO IVE NEVER HAD A CALL AT HOME
SINCE THIS CANT BE DONE ON A MOBILE JUST TAKE NO NOTICE OF THEM

I keep getting calls from 01563554540,it is get a joke now,they will not stop.

Ive had these constantly calling me there is a law against intimidation with debt and shouldn't bully people especially when you have no debt in the first place,and I have a comment to bob you say that ppl shouldn't have debt in first place?? Didn't u mention that u had an outstanding Argos catalogue bill?? Where I come from its called debt!!!

these people keep calling and say i owe sky money,i paid it and thats not good enough for them.

Mackenzie Hall - a bullying debt collectors chasing debts over 6yrs old (therefore they can't be claimed by collection agencies legally). They harass you by calling up to 20 times a day, emailing and texting. Ignore them or give them a taste of their own medicine. Give them a worse attitude and they'll back off soon. They can't take away your possessions because of the age of the debts they claim you owe :)

Call Vodafone and get them to block the calls.

How to deal with this company when they call you:
MH: Hello is that Mr x?
You: Who is calling please?
MH: It is MH, it is a personal business matter, are you Mr x?
You: What do you want?
MH: Are you Mr x?
You: I cannot confirm that until you tell me who you are and what you want
MH: Could you confirm your name and date of birth
You: No
MH: We need you to confirm your details/security questions before we can proceed
You: I cannot do that. Please put everything in writing and send it to my home address

I have been getting nuisance calls from this mob, ignore them, use caller display, or just hang up if you answer, they are scum.

They werent threatening to me, but were kinda abrupt and to the point

These shysters keep leaving me messages to ring back. I HAVE NO DEBT WHATSOEVER so won't be calling back any time soon. Anybody know if you pay for call is you press 1 to speak to one of their 'advisors'

Suggest  anyone hassled by this caller use the link below to the e-petition to the government -- I have   and I have pasted it into an email sent to all my contacts asking them to subscribe to the petition and to forward the email and link to all their contacts.   If we all did this it could well go viral before the end date of the petition.
