Every time I see I thread like this there is always a Bob or any other made up name who obviously works for the company in question as nobody else in their right mind would try to defend them.

A bit puzzled as "bob" posted seven years ago and said they were "fake debt collectors.  Not exactly a ringing endorsement.

This company has been repeatedly calling me for over a year now. They call several times a week, from at least 14 different phone numbers (at the last count, including mobile phone numbers), and they frequently text me too.

I've told them over and over that I'm not the person they are looking for. I've given them my full name, but they also want other personal information about me which I'm not that keen on divulging. They call so frequently that, to be honest, I've actually started to stop answering any calls if I don't know the number, because its making me feel ill everytime I see a new number show up. I've even told them this, but they say unless I send them proof of who I am ('proper' ID), they'll keep calling.

Sadly, I can't block numbers on my phone, and because they keep changing numbers, its hard to keep track of them when they call.

Every time they call you, even if it is several times a day, report the calls to the Information Commissioner's Office.  When the new law comes in in April it will only take one complaint about a company to trigger a response from the ICO leading to fines of up to £500,000.  You can also report the company to the Financial Conduct Authority as they must be licenced. Make sure you tell both organisations of the distress these calls are causing you.

this number called me and asked me if I was called another name, I said no and she asked me if I knew the where abouts of that person, I cant remember the persons name but I said no that I didn't know the name and she hung up immediately. this worries me as I have only had my phone in a few weeks and know one has been given my number.

These people phone me everyday without fail, they also phone from 03300663689 as well as some other numbers which have a more local dialling code. I simply let the phone ring out as I only actually use the phone number they ring for outgoing calls and not incoming. Needless to say, it's their time, effort and resources they are wasting, they will never get a hold of me - so f**k you. Hahahaha

Just had a phone call from this bunch. They would not tell me who they were but wanted information from me. So I put the phone on the table and put the t.v. back on I soon heard the sound of high pitched scream that showed they put the phone down. Take it they did not like my t.v. show I was watching.

I keep getting calls from this number but no company name given

they rang and asked me to confirm my address I asked what about and wouldn't tell me without my address so I hung up

They persistently call day and night, I've had 18 phone calls and voicemails in 4 days from various numbers but thanks to a app I can see who's calling

I am sick of these people ringing my home and using different phone numbers, I keep telling them I've got no debt and I'm not the person but they will not take no for an answer, I just let the answering phone pick the calls up now.

A lady called saying they were from pre group and advised to call back on 033300663067

This number called yesterday asking for my daughter by name, when I said no and explained to them the person they were looking for was 8 months old the not so lovely said "that's the best excuse I've ever heard" and slammed the phone down! How would an 8 month old get themselves into debt!!! And how does this company have my daughters name!
