ive had this number ring me this past week,and they are so annoying as every time i pick the phone up they listen for me to say hello,then hang up,im very annoyed by this can someone sort this out plzzzzzzzz

this company helps a lot of student looking for first time employment, what they do is completely innocent and the should not be prosecuted for doing their job. As far as scamming goes that's very unlikely when they are regulated by the FSA( financial services authority) --> for those that are not up to date with knowledge of the sales industry. well i personally feel that the job we do is completelt relevant and many people agree with us and that's the reason why we have lots of customers whoe take their time to talk to us. the rest of you are completely ignorant and need to get a life which is a lot better than just insulting people.

I have also had several calls from this number, i keep trying to call them back and i got through to an answering service which advised me to call 08450560451 which is an automated number removal service so hopefully my number should be removed from their system in 24 hours. I have noticed it's only since i became a virgin media customer that i have been rec'ing sales and marketing calls, you have to wonder if they have recently sold on my information.......

i had previously dialled the automated service to remove my number a couple of weeks ago and jsut had ANOTHER call today!!

Ive just had a call from this number. I said hello 4 times before they hung up! Their number came up on my phone so Ive rung back 6 times, but I just get the engaged tone! Im with BT and am not supposed to get nuisance calls.

How can you call us ignorant when a stupid company keep phoning us all and hanging up? I suppose thats our fault is it? Because we ask for the company to call us do we??? No I dont think so. Get yourself a proper job, and its you who needs to get a life!

heh, seems I am joining this exclusive club of people receiving this call, theyve only rung me once but they rung at like 9.10am, my day off work and I aint happy that I got woken up, but I didnt answer tho, was in that lucid state where your not sure if your awake or still dreaming.

Had calls from this number twice today but don't know who it is  called at 11.30am and 12.36pm.  They don't leave any message

I'm guessing I must have filled in something for them to have my name/phone number, however I NEVER fill in consumer surveys, so I'm a little confused.

I'm sure they'll call back and if so I'll try to get some more details.

I wouldn't mind betting that 45839 are using bogus company names out of the telephone directory. I'll keep working on this.

offering a quote on life insurance apparently, and she was apologetic when asked where they might have got my details... she explained their sources (vaguely) and has now sent an internal email to remove my details from their system. It may take 24 hours but I'll allow them that. If I hear anything from them again I'll follow up.

Just had a call from my fiance telling me this Express direct had called asking for me only, will not speak to my partmer at all! Don't even know who they are or how they even got my details to begin with....beginning to be a pain in the [***] as they have called a number of times previously.

Started to get calls from this number last week, four or five a day, no one speaks. I have heard it is to gather info as to the best time to phone and find someone there. Will pass on this tip that appears to have worked for me, no calls at all this week. If you have caller ID when you see that number, answer the phone and quickly just keep pressing the # key repeatedly for long enough for them to end the call from their end, I was told that this confuses the auto dialer and removes your number from the system. This tip appears to have worked for me, hope it works for you too.

To "GEM"(AND ALL U PRIKS ON HERE)I have got a decent job thanks and we all appreciate what job we have considering the state the country is in. We get excellent pay and conditions but unfortunatley i have to ring complete fukin pricks like you and the rest of you retatrds on here complaining about a few petty phone calls, if you speak to us politely and explain to us you are not interested we will insure you do not get phoned again.

You are not really doing yourself or the company you work for any favours by mouthing of as you are so doing to these people who are sick and tired of getting nuisance calls. It doesn't help your company one bit in the way they are contacting people, do you or your company realise how much worry and distress you must be causing when you phone old people repeatedly and hang up without speaking. If people are genuinely interested in what you are selling then they would contact you. Obviously you don’t have a conscience in what you are doing, and there is an old saying what goes around comes around. Think about it.

It's not an insurance sales company - these are probably a bunch of bored teenages from Northwich in Cheshire (O1606 is a Chesire prefix).  Previously, they didn't answer when I picked up the phone, now they have taken to leaving threatening and rude voicemails. I'm getting about 5-6 calls a day.
