I had yet an other call from them last night. They must have spook telephone technology because BT baring did not stop the call. I let the telemarketer make her speech. The usual lie ‘you had requested a call from an on line questionnaire’ I then informed them that I had complained to the Cheshire Police. I was very quickly put through to a supervisor who assured my that my details would be removed from their database.
I will let you know if I have any more calls from this repugnant company.

I had two calls from this number claiming they were from a Financial Services company and I have recently filled out a form online stating I would like a no obligation life insurance quote. I do not remember any such form and told them to take me off their list.

'This is a company called Amanico based in sension house denton drive northwich cheshire. they won't stop calling you no matter what you do. It is run by a girl called Mandy curzon and her boyfriend simon challinor they live in winsford cheshire. there are rumours floating around that the company is a front for drug peddling as they are both rumoured to be users, they employ 16 yr olds and just throw them onto the phones hoping for the best. even if you plead with them to tkae your name off they dont. there is more information on this company at who's callin me it makes very interesting reading'

i am sick of this number calling it acompany called financial connections.i have spoken to someone and told them i'm not interested in their service.now im getting them calling and now they dont speak...

i have been getting several calls from this number 0160645839 its a company called finacial connections.when im answering the phone they dont speak.so i called this number 01606336400 to complain,the chap said  he would send an e mail to his colleagues my number would be removed from their system...mm we will see,this is a nuisance

If you are getting problems from these please could you email the Cheshire Police in Western_DMU@cheshire.pnn.police.uk the reference number being 21476. They are looking into them. The company goes under severial names.

Got 8 calls from this number today.  they finally spoke on the 8th call saying there were from FCC???

When i asked who that was they said Financial Consumer Credit then hung up and havnt called me since.

Are they using another name now or is it just a scam????

i have also recieved calls from this number for the past 3days, when i answer the phone it just goes dead after awhile. It could possibly be those money scame phone calls, when you answer the phone they charge yoou for the call...

This number has called numerous amounts of people. They offer life insurance and they call themselves Financial Connections.

Financial Connections is a bogus company as the real Financial Connections went bust or into liquidisation in 2004.

Beware of scams and Identity theft. Report this number to the police or fraud squad. 01-6064-5839 = bogus also 01-6064-5834.

Phone your local police station nearest to where you are located NOT 999. Bt will not do anything apart from give you T.S.P or Safe guard information. This is totally useless. Report these numbers to the right authority (police or fraud squad). I would advise people to print all documents example (Phone bills etc) and take to your local police station which they will then put you in touch with fraud squad. Scams or Identity Theft is a crime report it.

Got a missed call from this umber - what is it all about???

This is the number for an insurance brokers/financial services. They also phoned me and did the silent number last night. Tonight someone spoke to me, saying I had made an insurance enquiry and asking me for further details. I did not realise they were the same people until now. I just checked the number again. I believe they are based in the North of England. They want to give me a quote over the phone. If they ever get back to me i will pay more attention to who and where they are and get back to you. I am in Scotland.

Just had a call from this number, some posh sounding geezer, with  office sounds in the background, asking for my missus, i said hold on, as she was in the garden, when she came in to the phone the line was dead, we tried ring back but line was busy, came on here straight away and can see it's a load of dead rats bollock eating [***] whom i hope are reading this.   bring it on  i am ready for the next one

the caller is financial connections..they ring you on behalf of obtaining life insurance. i have had numerous call fom them now and they are v rude when you tell them your not interested. very annoying.

every time i answer from this number they hang up or its just loud noise.

I have just rang up my service provider (virgin media) and they say that they cannot barr the number 01606 45839, as it is not on their "list".

Their list is produced by a telephone watchdog type company called DMA?
