same problems as me they keep ring and hung up, recongise african accent, best put down immeadiately after 20 seconds

Had this number calling me for the past two weeks, dont pick up my phone normally check 1471 first then call back if i know them.
However picked up today and the phone went dead had two more calls since then.

just receieved a call asking for my hubby- they were SO abrupt when I said he was not here and hung up before I could even offer an alternative number.  So I googled and found this.

I hope they don't pester us.

this number is calling several times a day when re-dial no one answers!

I get calls from this number. Saw Rob's suggestion before and have emailed the police. Hopefully they can do something.

The police have in contact with them as a result. If you phone 01606336400 and ask them to remove your details they will do this. I have nto had a call for over one week so it does appear to work.

This number rang me without leaving a message, it is engaged when i ring back.  How do they get a hold of your number without you giving it out?

I asked this question of the police who in turn made enquires. The information comes from answering surveys for example on a flight home from a holiday. On line competitions and most worryingly from insurance companies selling our details.

i have a business line and they keep calling me, i'm getting charged everytime they call does anyone know who it is yet?

I have started getting calls too, have rang back but its constantly engaged.  Its a number in Northwich Cheshire, buts thats all I know.  I have caller display so they will be ignored from now on.

If you phone 01606336400 and ask them to remove your details they will do this with in 24 hours.

they get your number from survey companies i asked them, so people are getting conned into giving details out which are then being sold

its a compant called AMANICO as already stated in previous comments.

We were getting plagued with calls from this company, when the phone was answered there was no one there. The last call we got my husband answered, and as I'd already read this forum I had told him who they were and how many calls we'd had already that day, as soon as they mentioned Financial Connections he farted down the phone and then disconnected the call. They havent rung since! Not the usual way he deals with problems callers but it was quite funny!

Have just recieved another call the first i have been home to answer.I have had numerous missed calls ,they asked by name for my daughter who hasnt lived at home for 3yrs and they asked for by her married name she has never lived here since getting married so would not have filled a survey in using my address/phone number so where are they getting thier imformation from?

Have just called the suggested number 01606336400 and the company is called the express they are selling life insurance mortgage repayment protection and contents insurance.  Asked where they got my number they said they only recieve details from lifestyle surveys when I said I hadn't filled any out any lifestyle surveys they became very abrupt and said they would take me off list and hung up.

I just took the tip of calling 01606336400 and they said my details would be removed within 24 hours, said i had filled in a survey and asked for an insurance quote, ah well ,hopefully no more phone calls from that number now!

Just had a call from these. I could heard breathing and then they hung up.

Receive calls from this number from around 8 onwards.  Usually, the calls are silent, but occasionally someone asks for a person who doesn't live here.  The people they ask for change every time.

6 calls already today!!!
