Every day two three times a day they phone, if  I answer no one speaks then they cut off. Ringing their number, is just as useless they never answer, and you get the sounds in the background as if they are in the office and waiting for something to happen, but nothing does till the line goes dead again.
If they are a financial organisation offering a service then they must be registered as such, but, but, but, but, but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Frustration is the name of their game, I think it's likely a ploy to get you interested in their company, and make you only too willing to sign up for something, anything, just so long as they'll stop pestering you. From all the dicontented threads mentioned here one would have thought that someone, anyone of these discontented souls would have notified them of the existence of this extraordinarily comforting site, where we can have a real beef about their ghastly company and help other people who may be suffering from the same sort of nuisance calls they are receiving!!!!

I  went to their tele no removal page...http://www.amanico.uk.com/data/telephoneremovalform.htm and used their removal form.I also left a message telling them exactly what I thought of them and told them i would report them if anymore calls.now we will see.

they rang me on my mobile, and then just hung uo, theyve done this several tyms in the past hour, i cnt believe it, how do they get our numbers.

If you have done any surveys online they get it this way..The survey asks about insurance etc,then pass your info on.

Had a call from this today thought it was a local number as I am in the 01606 area code. It was someone trying to sell me life insurance. I assume its a call centre on one of the surrounding industrial estates.

How about you TAKE YOUR DATABASE AND STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DOESN'T SHINE. Why are we continually forced to Opt-Out of things we didn't Opt into in the first place.
How about you explain WHY you go silent when you ring.
How about YOU adopt a decent business practice and quit harassing people.

The staff that work for this organisation just do not get the point of every ones complaint. No one that you canvass has actually asked for you to repeatedly phone him or her. Yes they may have entered competition or gave a possible interest in insurance services on a survey. That does not under any circumstance gives you any right to harass them.
This should be the prospective that you should use.
One call that results in a conversation with a prospective customer from Financial Connexions ltd should be the maximum number that you make. If the prospective customer is interested then offer your services. They may or may not become a customer. That depends on your staffs’ sales ability to match your products or services to the prospective customer needs. If the prospective customer is not interested you ought not to make any more telephone calls to them. Under no circumstances should repeated silent calls ever be made via auto dialers.
Financial Connexions ltd marketing policy far from benefiting them actually is distressing potential customers. The very people that you need to become customers so you can earn commission from the insurance companies that you represent. A company that has more people hating them then becoming customers has serious long-term problems. The probable result is that it ceases trading at some stage on the future.
I note that no one from this company has ever offered an explanation why you have not submitting your annual accounts at companies’ house. I guess from what you say about involving social services this excuse for a person is a mother. If this is the case I am jolly concerned for any children that this useless example of the human species, has given birth to. BTW does anyone know who the father is?
