This lot have rung 4 times in last 24 hours, admit they do not know about the TPS

We continue to get these calls but of course we can't call them back

Constantly calling my home, hang up on me ever time I answer it.
Who is this??

Again rushed to the phone only to have them hang up when my answering machine kicked in.  I have actually spoken to them once and told them I am not interested and not to call me again, but it seems they don't listen and I am signed up to TPS.

i have been called at least 10 times from this number each time i am out and my elderly parent have to get up and answer the phone, when i try to call back it says that i have dialled an incorrect number is there anyway i can get in touch with these people so i can give them a piece of my mind !

I have just had the umpteenth call from 01606 595892 and told the girl who called not to call my number again.  I warned her that I would report her to the TPS but she was incredibly insistent that she wanted to speak with my husband.  I eventually put the phone down on her.  I would suggest when their number comes up, don't say anything, wait for them to talk and then put the phone down on them,

01606595892 just had these people call me and hang up. BT were no help, called three times one guy hung up.reported on tps and ofcom but both unlikly to do anything it seems. Does anyone no what can be done to stop them?
does anyone know the address of financial conexions in northwich, cheshire?

...this is really getting very annoying! These people have been ringing my mobile phone for more than a month, even during weekend days and after 22.00. I never answer because I don't know the number and I never gave my mobile number to anybody in Cheshire. How long is going to take for these people to get the message that I am not interested???...

We are in northwich yes... when 1 of our telesales operaters call you simply ask for a supervisor... im certainly not going to give you the address where we call you from!!!

What a strange reply from the writer who claimed to be a telesales operator.  Refusing to say where he comes from sounds like a company that has something to hide. Well, let's unhide it. This caller is called AMANICO.  It operates from  Winsford, Cheshire.  The address is:

(I think Northwich and Winsford are close to each other). Companies House describes its business as "Call Centre" and it is a privately owned company. They have also been known to call using a mobile number - 07975825284.  That number also appears on these forums.

It is the front for a firm named Financial Connections (UK) Ltd, who claim to be mortgage brokers. Their address is:

and their telephone number is 01612734447.

There is a link between the two companies.  It MAY be that Financial Connections actually owns Amanico - but I cannot be sure. If they are so secretive about their whereabouts and their true identity, it sounds like a firm to avoid!

I am hoping to get out of this job i left a previus job as to the way they cold called i hated it there but i have to earn money because i aint doing christmas and bday for my daughter on the doll again a dad is ment to give there child what they want eevn working i still struggle i speak to loads of unhappy people i could lose my job trying to help you guys out by putting you guys on the wrong number list know your not a wrong number.
I try to treat every person i speak to as a friend so if i start with a first name i am just trying to be a friendly person so it is not a depressing call.
i wont slag anyone off on this site because your all right i dont like callers calling me.
Now i take a lot of abuse each day i work so that when i get home time with me daughter is hard to do when your mad.
I had A guy who called me a [***] the other day its just not on i wouldnt say that to them if we were the other way round most of the time i pass onto the supervisor on shift but when suporvisor comes the customer has gone.
I am so tired and This jobs is knocking ten blocks off so so and so out of my head so i just read these coments and i would never be able to actually say to anyone a reason etc to all the calls.
but just rember i cant go ill to look after my child i cant get a foot wrong or i lose me job.
not following the scripts is illegal.
But i am talking loads of rubbish i think basicaly i just feel bad coz i cant stop the calls as an operator we have moved in the last couple of weeks to northwich from winsford.
my head is burning i had to finish reading the comments just for the respect of the customers i speak to.

i do know that this website has now been passed to the managers.

so hopefully then they will make sure this automatic dailer is fixed and then telesales staff and customers can get on like friends.

I had a call from these people 18.03.03.  The girl asked for me by name when I
asked who was calling she said Financial Connections and she got my name from
a survey I'd completed. This ws complete rubbish and they she told me it must have been conpleted on my behalf ...  even more lies.  Needless I was EXTREMELY annoyed as I too am meant to have TPS. The only survey I'd completed was comments on a hotel at which I stayed recently and I'd clearly marked dont refer to any other companies. What is even more worrying is that I'd had a recent financial refer- have my building society given my details to this tin pot company. Their number is not with-held by when you call back you're told the number is incorrect

I am sick of this company i work nights and I have been woken by them 7 times in 2 hours now after the conversation I have just had with them i am to angry to sleep.
Yesterday i was out I had 14 missed calls from them in one day I cant unplug my phone because I have 2 children in nursery and school and why should I any way. They say i have completed a online survey this is rubbish and even if I had i wouldnt expect to be called by them every 10 mins why would i want to buy somthing from a company that hassels people like this.

This is the fourth company selling life insurance today calling up, but not for me, for the other half. We have had problems since moving. Despite filling in the forms saying we already have this.

Clearly there is somethign flagging up saying her renewal is up (according to them buts its not).

We are signed up to stop such calls, but one company (this one) has said we (she) requested a call back. Just chekc in with her. NO

We dont personaly hang up on you... we work off a automatic dialing system that to be quite frank sometimes [***] up!!!

however yes we are now based in northwich....

we are just trying to do our jobs!!
