Bloody hell this number keep calling me, and woke me up at 8am while I'm sleeping. female voice "Hi Mr.Alex..im calling from *** company regarding about...*toot toot toot*" hangs up! what the heck?? It's been calling me 7 times in 48hours.

this is a very silly caller/company. kept calling me everyday and thank God I'm missing the call everytime!

Cannot be sure, but it could be this company.

They claim to be working as agents for "Financial Connexions", which has been mentioned by Alex, Paul, Purple, Yvette and David. Also, the Financial Serices Authority mentions the two companies together here:

recieved call from these people fpor my husband, asked who they were and they would not say, that they would call again, need not bother, thanks to this site now know who they are.have tried to call them back but line always busy. we too are ex directory so dont know where they got no. from

I have also had several missed calls on my mobile from this number the past few days, lucky enough i have not been able to answere them as I was at work at the time. Why not leave a message on my answering service, after all thats whats its there for.

These idiots just keep on calling! they tried my brother before christmas, me in January and my mum now. I've given up answering, although we all work full time we miss most of the calls (so why not leave us a message?!), we ignore the calls now especially when they phone at nearly 9pm! or just as we sit down for sunday dinner. Totally not happy! I know people have to work but from the sounds of it these guys dont do much apart from irritate people. Thank you for the above comments. I will try to get my number removed but I am also going to OFCOM!

I received the tenth call today from these jokers.  GRRR!!!
I am ex-directory, and also on the call preference service (CPS) register.

I phoned the number (provided by Leslie above), and spoke to "Sue" from Amanico.  I explained that I did not wish to be called again by "Financial Connexions".  She was courteous and polite and promised to request the IT manager remove me from their database in the morning.  (Today is sunday.)

I am getting a bit annoyed now.  If it happens again, I am now going to complain to Trading Standards and OFCOM.

Got several calls from this number... I am NN and if somebody call directory they don't get my number so how is this possible. They call several times and fill up the answering machine with this [***]... How can I stop them

This company won't stop ringing. I thought telephone touting was against the law!!!

This number has called my home telephone repeatedly for the last two weeks as many as ten times per day.

Is there some way I can block this number from calling me? Who are these people?

i keep getting calls every day from this number, and its really annoying.  I wish they would stop!

I am ex-directory and received a call from this number which i did not answer but on retrieving it I do not recognise it although the area code suggests Northwich in Cheshire, I have been getting a lot of these nuisance calls lately, these people think they can just ring your number, take up your time, disrupt your comfort zone, all because they want to sell you something, I have registered with TPS so am on a list not wanting sales calls, its about time BT came out with regulations to control these harrassers cause thats what they are, my telephone number is private and personal to me, so I do not know how they are gaining access to it, nobody seems to know, in future I will just be putting the phone to the side cause they are paying for the call, or perhaps i will do what i did last night, ring the number back and block their sales line for as long as you feel like at least you will be getting your own back for them disurbing you at home in the evening! Not very nice but it made me feel better!

this number have phoned me at least 30 times in the last month asking me to answer there questions i am fed up of them and want it to stop

I have had 24 calls in a week I am not happy

Hey, they called me loads of time saying something about life insurance, I'M 12 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!! The latest time they called me i said that the person they were looking for was dead, ha! the woman sounded very sorry then!

Who IS this number? Had lots of missed calls from them but thought it couldn't be a call centre with that number. What's going on?!

I have been getting upto 5/8 calls a day for the past 2 weeks, they call as late as 10pm and usually start before 9 am in the morning.  I never answer the phone to them and am also ex directory so wonder how they get this number and they are really p...ing me off.
How do you get them to stop!!!!!!!!!!!
