I ran an office for over 12 months, promoted to management in under a year. I am qualified to say once u hit assistant manager u will find out the truth about the business itself, all the hidden costs and all the recruitment pains etc, u guys earning good wages yeh thats great in most cases your earning more than the manager, u need to be earning at least 5000 a week on the bulletin (2000 for u, 3000 to reps wages) to make a decent wage, the u have ur building rent 450 in manchester, hub costs, office supplies, house rent, bills etc etc then u have to pay tax in april, and i cant name one manager apart from matt goodchild who earns over that ever week, i know managers who are 10,000 in debt with perdm becasue tere business is in negative balance. U have to pay that if so, so there u go guys yes u can be successful but its near impossible and any cocky pricks who have just started out and earned 500 in a week thinking ur guna be a VP after a pre management meeting remember this when u leave, not one manager or ass. Manager i saw get promoted or was promoted at the same time as me is still there, u guys are just a new wave of hopefuls believe me. It doesnt work

Hey guys. I just quit LJR Marketting after two weeks and dint earn a penny. I had no idea it was door to door sales. I'm 17 and i was getting home after 12pm. Didnt see my family, didnt see my boyfriend and was physically and mentally exhausted. i spent all my savings travelling accross manchester and got nothing for it in return when they told me average sales were 3 a day. my whole time there i met few people who made three a day. I have an interview for frontline events in the same building on monday. i dont trust it. im sick of commision only. I'm probably not going to go. The hi fives "JUICE"  and all that shouting and jumping about isnt my kind of [***]. Good luck to anyone who is thinking of a career in this kind of line.

Adam Allan, he was the [***] who had me in tears after demanding petrol money... like I had any choice other than to get in his car and be transported 50 miles to wherever to make no money!! I wouldn't mind knowing more about Paramount Force, I always tried to keep my distance from them.. which they hated, but no, I'm not the kind of person who enjoys spending 10 hours in the office and 'field' with my 'colleagues' or co-slaves, should I say? Then spending 3 hours with them at the pub every night spending more of my overdraft and then spending all sunday chilling in their one poxy shared apartment! The people who say they are earning more than you no they are at management, you have an inadequate life because you are a quitter, your life is crap etc are so full of BS.. most of the managers and leaders to my knowledge, although boasting about their riches all the time, were completely broke, and on top of that they had no friends, broken relationships with family, had dropped out of college and uni, and couldn't even afford to rent their own flat.. or two of them to rent together at the most, there'd be 10 living in one house, sharing rooms and even beds! And even if they did strike lucky enough to have money, whats the point of having money if you have to work 23 hours a day to earn it! They say its not about luck its about systems.. lol such crap.. people aren't computers, every one in so many isn't programmed to buy! if everyone says no way everyone says no way! its nobodys fault! jeeez i could go on forever... shut the [***] companies down or make them run properly! if they want to treat people like an employee they should EMPLOY you and pay and hourly rate and u pay PAYE! You should have scheduled break times and an allowance for expenses! and commission if you make so many sales or above! I literally felt like a slave doing this job.. i had to do as they said, worked 10 hours a day mentally and physically exhausted and came home POORER!

oh and by the way all you paramount snobs/brainwashed idiots/convicts who cant find jobs anywhere else.... I now work at .....wait for it...... ASDA! And in my inadequate, 'crappie' (as one of your managers put it) life, I earn more in a week working 3 days than i did working a whole month for you! I get days off (remember them?) and the more hours I work, the more money I make! I have a lunch break,,, and guess what? I get paid for it! I've never woken up thinking omg do I really have to, or felt like a slave, or called in sick when I was perfectly fine just to see my family who I live with. I don't wake up at 6 and go to bed at 2 every day, I'm not living out of a credit card and my bank balance is in the +£££'s instead of the -£££'s, I can afford to buy myself nice things and I'm not constantly stressed over the fact that a customer might cancel and I might have to repay my bond or what if John Johnson decides not to pay me this week or maybe my colleage will take my wages instead? Will I be able to eat this month? I don't have constant back ache, my legs can actually move in the morning and I don't get drenched daily in the pouring rain. I have normal conversations with people without feeling like I have to pressurise them into buying something because if they don't I can't earn a living. I have actual friends who I have normal chats with, confide in and laugh with - and no, they're not trying to use me to get themselves to being 'crew leader', or sell me some amazing job that turns out to be crap. I go on nights out with them because I can actually afford them now, I pay in cash not by credit card, and I have fun and guess what? The conversation isn't about the 5 steps or  leadership or why to come bounding into atmosphere at 8 in the morning raring to go because that will suddenly change the minds of hundreds of people in the world to wanting to change their gas and electric supplier. I see my family every day, I spend lots of time with my friends and boyfriend, I go out shopping and to the cinema and I'm having driving lessons. All things I couldn't dream of doing whist working under perdm and cobra. In september, I'm going back to college, and the following year I plan to go to uni to do social work. And most likely, you'll still be strutting round in your primark suit, wondering how your mother is doing because you've not had the time to see her in years, high fiving in the morning like everythings fine and spending your sundays asleep with your 14 flatmates who are equally knackered after working 60 hours that week and between you you've earned about £250. on a good week. don't lie.. if you really was earning megabucks, you'd be living alone in a mansion and forget the office, you'd be off on your private jet to your own island every week. but you're that broke, you probably can't afford the pen you take your silly notes with in the morning. my life is far from average, adequate, or crappy. I love my life. I don't have a high status job, or millions in the bank, but I have a secure job, enough money to be comfortable, time to have fun, good relationships, and high hopes for the future. I feel like the richest person in the world at times. Whilst working for cobra, I felt like a slave. You do the maths.

Interestingly I worked there in Sept/Oct 2011 on the gas & electric campaign, mainly in Ashton, Preston and Todmorden. Its entirely possible we worked together.

Firstly though, you are not a quitter. That company broke you down, put you in tears and stopped all contact with the outside world, but instead of caving in and even lying to yourself like many (myself included) you were able to walk away. It may seem like nothing, but this is a cult. And it isn't easy to escape.

But these people have been deluded by Johnson. Please don't be angry with them because they have been brainwashed into that way of thinking. Thinking that its OK to work that long, or that it's OK to be completely unethical and uncaring in their pitches, or even that sharing a bed with a stranger but for two weeks is acceptable. It shows how intellegent, calculating and dangerous John Johnson is, but it doesn't mean his employees are like that. He sold it to them.

I can't state for fact that managers are told to lie, nor do I want to believe it. However, I was confided in that yes, many of the managers were deep into their overdraft, one of them being a single father struggling as it is. This is all a massive contradiction of what I was told on day one, with managers announcing their pay as if it was normal to do so.

You are so right that a minimum wage should be a legal requirement for everyone, and that Paramount and Johnson should not be allowed to tag people as 'self-employed' under their umbrella.

The conversations are also almost definitely controlled by Johnson. I believe he tells people what exactly what to say, and when exactly when to say it. It was very odd, that 'getting to know you' conversations and business conversations operated with the same sort of fun/serious/fun/serious structure. Think about it from your time there. They were ALL the same. They must have been scripted by someone. So whoever could that be?

Neither ASDA nor Paramount Force will take you to millions or fly you to Miami. Only difference is, ASDA don't promise they will. For as long as people have no idea who runs Paramount Force, they'll never get investigated or found out. So we have to bombard all the threads with our knowledge.  How many more vulnerable people is Johnson going to take advantage of?

Sounds dramatic, but think about it. Sadly, its true.

I went for an Interview with Brett Heyes for a surveyors job advertised for 150k a year in Manchester. I was sent to a room with a few hundred other people and given a questionnaire-  I was told not to ask any questions just listen. The next thing I was on a bus to a rough part of Manchester to watch these young girls and boys drill dozens of holes looking for a cavity in timber framed buildings- anyone with any knowledge of construction will know that timber framed building don’t have cavities. They were destroying the membranes and the integrity of the building. These girls and boys were knocking on doors at 9.30pm on a winters evening and walking the streets- they had no PPE or CAT scan- they were climbing in lofts with no regard to safety. I returned to the office at 10.00pm frozen and tired hearing music and songs piped into every room for all his employees to sing about how great Brett was and how good the company was- I was shocked. I was then taken to see Brett Heyes – I asked lots of questions which visibly irritated him- there was no 150k job a year- I told him about the millions of pounds worth of damage I had seen by this employees- no PPE and no safety awareness- he lost his temper and I was then asked to leave his office via his own personal lift. Keep well away from this bloke and organisation.

Stay away from Oracle Advertising, Iconic Promotions and Ark Promotions. They are scam and conning [***]. I was just about to go for an interview with them but the night before I found out their truth and I decided to get my revenge by wasting their time and not showing up for the interviews making their recruitment process inconvenient. They advertise with stuff like "no experience required" to lure you and scam. And they all ask the same questions and their job descriptions are the same too. In fact I got rung by one of the companies within 30 minutes of applying :S Look at their facebook and twitter accounts, hardly and likes and followers and the things they post are such [***] trying to look good but in reality they are FAKE!!!!

They can go [***] themselves, these companies need to get bankrupt and be burnt down.
People should just apply for their jobs, arrange interviews, BUT DON'T SHOW UP TO THE INTERVIEWS AT ALL!!!

Oh and the ones who are clearly praising these companies and saying they are actually good are sooooo fake they are obviously people from those companies just trying to hide the truth. Do not fall for their traps.

And they will say your CV really stood out, has been successful from a high volume of applicants

Today I had an interview for RTR Group in Bradford. Things were going well, this was my first interview and would have been my first job if I had'nt found this infomation out. I was a bit suspicious about how the guy interviewed two people at the same time me and another candidate. He said that within 8 months all succesful workers will become managers etc. The interview didn't include many questions asked and it might be cause it was my first interview but it didn't seem proffessional to me. He said about the second interview if we are picked from the 25 people who we're interviewed today. Now I've researched this I'm definately not going to the second interview. The job description said office work but he said that the second interview would involve going out and seeing what they do.

I worked here and can honestly say you can make some money in per DM with the right mentors, unfortunately with the drug taking, party hard, and shocking behaviour of what can only be described as hooligans in cheap suits...there is no money to be made with the people named above and I'm  totally sick of hearing about fights going on around my club nights involving these people around manchester.. you dont spend money, and ony buy one drink then stay in my venues for over 3 hours is a total piss take and if I hear any of the names above causing trouble in any of my club nights then you will have no office to interview your little con victims in..get in touch please, Adam,
