- clevergirl replies to Dave4ward Promotions...
I knew something wasn't right about this company i went on the site and to be honest if its a promotions company i thought it would be more glamourous.
Also when i applied for the job it said just admin, when i got the email of the job description it was all marketing and stuff i'd never done before, so i emailed back and said i don't think this position is right for me as i have zero experience. I got an email back saying we train everyone blah blah, then at the bottom email sent from iPhone ... what company sends emails off a phone this was my other clue which made me think something cannot be right.
so i got in sherlock holmes mode found this site read everything on 4ward promotions and i'm so happy my incling was right!!!!!
am i [***] going to that interview tomorrow..... - Sarah Lou| 4 repliesI have been invited to go to an interview tomorrow with BRADFORD OUTSOURCE in london bridge, originally some alarm bells were ringing in my head once i googled it to see where exactly it was..
When I typed the Shand st address into google I found a website about them and their cult like ways!! The same address was also used by a company called LONDON MARKETING SERVICES which has loads of scam complaints about it too!!! Sounds sooo similar to every ones stories here just with another name.
They have TALK TALK as a "client" - when I checked bradford outsource website and tried to find out about the CEO jake bradford, his bio sounds sooooo dodge. " He went to "Jake Bradford of Bradford Outsource Sales was educated in the Deep South of America where he did a Masters degree in Sports Marketing, cultivating his passion for motor sports." NO MENTION OF THE COLLEGE/ UNIVERSITY HE STUDIED AT.. I wonder why!!!? : )
Anyways overly dodgy so I wont be going to it after everything I read.. So thanks everyone!! : )- Caller: bradford outsource
- Sarah Lou| 1 replyOh just found this on BRADFORD OUTSOURCE website.... would a legit business write a whole page on their website on saying they are not a scam?! The only type of scam highlight is one where you hand over hard cash but in reality they are scamming FREE LABOUR to keep their expenses down..
here is a quote from the article : "Some competitive companies may also spread career scam scares to prevent competition growth within the industry." Ummmm really????

- noemi Giupponi replies to Annonhi. got an interview in dickinson street last monday..on the way there i did some more detailed research about brett heyes and found out about the fraudelent business scheme. what i did was going to the offices and tell the other interviewees not to walk in...so this was my experience.
i read your comment and im shocked..hows is it possible that such a scheme can be legal? i was thinking of reporting the whole thing to the police or someone i know in the press. but what you said kind of put me a bit down.. - Ex Employeee!!| 2 repliesHi All,
Same experience! Dodgy first interview then interview day made to stand for 10 hours answering ridiculous questions..and learning about 5 steps etc! Was offered the job and stupidly left permenant job for this role! BIG MISTAKE! went home most days earning 15 pound or less but had already spent that much on travel (had to pay for your own travel!) The manager Lydia was stupidly happy and enthusiatic and to say they earn 3 grand a week at management level looked like a total skank!! i lasted 2 months then had had enough literally shattered with no social life and nearly lost my partner! before leaving found out that most people were shagging managers to get far! Lydia (manager) is sleeping with Sean who is an absolute tool! and Kim (assis manager total [***]) is shagging Ahmed and Alex is shagging lawrence (manager) ! seems you have to be easy to get far! cant believe i lasted that long! complete waste of time!!
anybody who gets a phone call do not go for interview!!

- JakeYea, these guys are damned scammers. They behave suspiciously trying to lure you into the business.
- AlexI got the job u daft sods nothin wrong with it except your interviewlmao fail
- Charl replies to AnnonThen pray do tell me if Dickinson House (I worked for Frontline Events) is not a scam, why did I work a 60+ hour week which consisted of me walking around scummy areas of Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas signing people up for Littlewoods catalogs which may I add I was actually very good and I didn't see a single penny? How is this not a scam?!?!?!
I am a well educated individual and I feel simply idiotic that I was sucked into this 'job'. I did not believe I would have 150k in nine months however, I met a lot of delusional people that truly did. It saddens me that those people over at Dickinson House prey on people desperate for jobs and income and the fact that you are defending them sickens me. I saw my young 'mentor' still selling catalogs on the street when I was in Manchester the other week and I thought how sad it was that she still probably believed that she would soon have an office in spain or some other exotic country as we were told and be a multi millionaire soon. A word of advice to anyone that has been invited for an interview at Dickinson House in Manchester, PLEASE, DO NOT GO!
Also, I don't know if anyone else has experienced an influx of junk emails but since I gave them my email address, I get on average 20 a day from various 'companies' offering me jobs. - Pat Butcher replies to Liam| 2 repliesYou obviously did not put in any effort when working at Paramount Force or your attitude would be more positive towards what you can achieve and can become. I would say re-think your morals and be more open-minded and maybe you will be more successful!!

MIM has a facebook group too that i checked out. random postings and all the pictures showed that everyone related to the company was under 30 which is extremely unusual. not bothered. my second interview is tomorrow, wont be attending but if you google the company names you will find there affiliate companies too so you wont get caught out. when offered my second interview the woman called me back offering me an interview thinking i was someone else. obviously working of a list but god knows what they get from it though
- anonmy son has started "working" for these people and is totally sucked into it and the promises they give
out at 9 home after 12 not getting paid -hes been there 4 days so not long really
loves the people etc and they are all saying nice things etc but still living off a promise which could be empty and from what he says really too good to be true if its such a great thing why are they constantly recruiting
he wont listen -brainwashed ????- Caller: ?
- paulthank you to everyone..
today i was offered an interveiw with "outsource ten", and today ive decided i will not be attending and wasting my time. ive spent an hour reserching this company and have found many terrible stories of who they are, and how they operate, and how they turn people into robots, work long hours, earn as little as £10 per day but are promised fortunes in earnings. tut-tut....
thanks again :) - christina replies to Anon| 4 repliesHi there, Graduate scheme i wouldn't be to sure if i was you!!! i recentley quit my job at bradford outsource dickinson st, i wasn't even made aware of many things such as paying my own transport, it is commision based only and to be totally honest i wasn't even aware that it was door to door sales, then all of a sudden i got taken on the train and of we went and i did not have a clue, than she said ''It is the management training programme you have applied for isn't it?'' and me totally unaware i said yes, as maybe i thought that is the title of the job. I had my 1st interview on the friday then my second round interview that night at around 11pm after waiting far to long after a hard day but i thought hey its a job, then i got the job and started on the monday. We had another girl on her 1st interview with us and my ''leader'' told me not to say anything about commision based i thought this was really dishonest and when the girl asked me i told her because basically you dont sell you dont earn its that simple. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay clear from any kind of sales jobs, Or atleast be 100% sure of what the role is before taking on the job.
- christina replies to Sarah Lou| 3 repliesyes i had the same experience read these same lines as you!! and also when you go on oppurtunities it doesn't say what it is exactly that you apply for... its all one big scam i was on the talktalk campain and what aload of rubbish!! I will never do sales again its just army based... your the soildier being a joey for not alot of money spending more than your earning and some captain telling you what to do!! It was a lesson learnt though never again!
JUICEEE/HIGH FIVE/LOUD MUSIC etc..Blablabla ha what a joke! This is all to familiar.
Good luck on your job hunting guys hope you all gain the jobs you'd love to do :) - Ian replies to christina| 1 replyYep. I concur with what the majority have said so far - it's a bit of a scam. I did the first two interviews (yes, the 10 hour trial shift) and accepted the job with a sight of making big money by the end of the year. It wasn't until I saw these sort of websites that I decided to not turn up.
The manager does waffle on a bit, he told me that he was making 3k+ a week and he doesnt turn up to work most days. And oh, he told me that out of 40 applicants, I was one of the six that made it to the second interview. Then next to that I get an e-mail from the secretary saying that I was one of the ten to make it back. Not so professional, right?
The job itself is easy going but the prospect of becoming manager in x amount of time is just to motivate you to stay. Then on top of that it's all commission based so you could be making a loss at the end of any day (through paying for your own transport and food etc).
The ONLY reason as to why anyone would really want to turn up to an interview there is to catch a sight of the secretary and her massive tekkers. They are actually incredible and it's well worth turning up just to catch a glimpse then leaving.
