yeah they have *A LOT* of high fiving each other at bradford outsource. such a scam it's just untrue.

if u type bradford outsource scam or bradford marketing scam, theres a link on the website talking about 'how to make sure a job isn't a scam'. i really hope people dont look at this and assume that the job couldnt possibly be a scam if theyre giving advice on the topic. i think theyre also doing it to detract people from finding these websites as well. obviously someone from bradford outsource (and the others) realise that these web pages exist so they need their victims to find something else instead

I wasted a whole month in this place and they still owe me money. Mr Brett Heyes, misleading person like the job that was advertised, since i walked in 4th floor, music was being played loud into the corridor. He then walked out and called me in seated me and started explaning what they do, so i listened. he had his apple Mac, TV, on and was showing the three website to me, i asked him a few questions about the payment and stuff, mis leading as he was had an answer for everything.within 15 minutes i had the job, he told me to come in the next day from 12pm-9pm.
so i went in. went into the office the next day, 3 of his servants were standing there all under the age of 25. i was there with two other people, he said there was only one place, when really every one that was there was coming back. still not knowing what the job had entailed, i decided to go along and see what it was like, i my self only 17 at the time had been sent out with the 19 year old guy. the guy had no formal education and said to me what do you need education for? its a waste of time and money. he then on public transport was telling me how great outsourceten were and how much they made in a year the figures looked good, i asked Bretts servant what the job was and he said ill show you when we get there. on the way he asked me some this about marketing. when he had no knowledge him self. he walked for about 20 minutes into some council estate in bury, the same day it was raining, he came to some streets then said get your notepad out and follow me. he started knocking on doors, he had the 3 mobile badge and jacket. this made it look alll good. i stayed out until about 10.30pm as i had to go and report back to Mr Brett heyes to see if i would of got the job or not, some how its written in legal term that you have to be over the age of 18 to sign a contract, when i was fooling people at there door steps to buy this deal that was not even worth it, funnily enough they thought people would by it by using the law of averages, to sum up all of this Mr Brett Heyes as mentioned in the first post is incharge of all these scamming companies and thats what it is when ever you go into dickenson house manchester there are always people in there to be interviewed. if you get an interview in dickenson house or any other house don't go for it.

this job was to much of a joke and a scam

Is this company also going by the name of AC Generations? I am a highly experienced Marketing Manager having worked for a blue chip company for a number of years. I am unfortuantely unemployed at the moment duw to the current climate! I was contacted by this company to say their directors were interested in my details and would like myself to go in for a interview to talk over my experience!

Whatever interview you get in dickenson house is a scam. Don't go to the interview you will be wasting. Time, money just going to this place, trust me. And they also go by that name,  this marketing company is just getting experience people like us and then we will be doing door to door sales as you may have read my post above you should know how these people are.

As I said I have worked for these b******S  for a month, I haven't been payed tried calling so many times, its about £150 they owe me :(, what can I do?

They are based on dickenson street, refer back to what they are read the four first letters of the name of the street, these guys are that. It's not even worth going into this type of reopening after the experience I've had with working with these idiots. If you stay on there for more than a month you will totaly be brainwashed, like each person in there is. Woow it gets me fustrated everytime I come to think of it, why did I work there :'(.

I should of researched this company before even going to work for these guys, worked there for about 3 weeks or so, to start with every two days these guys are conducting interviews, and there are about 15 plus people that attend there interview, fast replys to emails i must say so, got back to me in the same day i applied and had an interview the next day. currently this is how many people are unemployed in the north west (190,696).

looking at this and how relativy easy it is to get a job with these guys amazes me, when i come to think of it. as i have said i worked 3 weeks or so, didn't make a single penny, lost about £300 in total, as Zak has mentioned above he is in the same situation as me, all the things that are mentioned in these posts should be on the Outsource ten facebook page, we will see how many people that are working there or have worked there will see sense, something which i later did see. as you many posts that are in this forum it supports that this whole outsource ten, and Brett heyes are conning people, that have actual experince.im still having problems getting the money in my account and Mr Heyes keeps cutting the call when i ring him. I will wonder why...

Its okay everyone- i contacted watchdog after my experience and they are already investigating Bret Heyes- so many complaints!!. Like you i went to the interview in Dickinson Street Manchester went outside and put on a bus- next thing i was in a manchester council estate with a 19 year old lad who was going to show me how to survey houses for insulation grants- i was shocked and amazed. After being in the industry for 20 years this lad was drilling holes with no eye protection, no boots, no CAT scan and to make matters worse in timber framed buildings- he was basically destroying them. It was dark- it was scarey and we had no high vis jackets nothing.
On my return to the office i was offered the job by Bret but i told him you will kill one of these kids one day with the lack of safety- he angrily told me to get out and never come back. The funny thing was his employees were all upstairs singing a song about Bret and how good he was to them- they were being brainwashed. An awful bloke who could kill someone with his job!

So glad i came on thsi site, i was goign to attend an interview there tomorrow but after reading all the comments it sounds all too familiar.. The company that rang me were called BOUR BON CREATIONS (they have no website) and i was invited to be interviewed at Dickinson house after only sending the email yesterday.. I got the phone call from a guy with an Australian accent at 8.30am this morning offering an interview for today at 3pm, after i said i couldnt make it tomorrow he did a lot of "uhmmm and aa" then said come for 2pm tomorrow, well im deffo not going now - set of [***] by the sounds of it !

Same people asking me for an interview

To be fair, does it sound right to have to question the ligitimacy of the company you are about to work with? The moment you hear anything about it being a scam, alarm bells should be ringing; legitimate opportunities dont get accused of being scams!

i was invited for an interview, for MANCHESTER INTERACTIVE MARKETING and a few things i noticed:

Website does not advertise themselves to their apparent target clients and basically has nothing at all, but a little false information about who they are and their objectives.They claim to have been around since 2006. the companies house says they were registered last year.

Sounds pretty fishy to me. Plus i heard from a friend, they are also door to door salesman and by no surprise, you will see on their website, their address 20 dickinson house. Seriously what would a marketing consultant firm need with door to door salesman? they're suppose to be targeting businesses.

Like someone mentioned also, there seems to be alot of young/graduate people being employed by them, you know why? we young people are more vulnerable and naive!

Firstly to all those that have written up slander and stupid [***] like 'I haven't been paid', if you have an OUNCE of sense, take your query to ACAS.

As they are a legal business, if you spend your stupid time slagging them off, then you can be taken into legal proceedings for falsifying information. A lot of this information is 'here say', however I have listed the correct information for all businesses in Dickinson House.

I agree. They are ALL unethical, and all conduct Door to Door sales, however no business in the UK would be allowed to operate for a minute more if it was illegal. Commission is not illegal if you are on a self employed basis, so effectively they are totally legit. BUT...they are a scam when it comes to advertising and the way that people are 'raked' in.

I have attended interviews with all of the firms, and put down the correct information which I obtained legally from Companies House. It is wrong what they do, however this is based on FACT as opposed to some people who are 17 and missing out on £150-00. It is easy to report these people, trust me. I have done it myself. I was one of the main people behind the exposure of Smiths Marketing Associates who was on Panorama.

Every single one of these businesses is fraudulent in their job advertising, and operate with door to door, events, or business to business based sales.

All roles are 100% commission based, and will have you as self employed. Whatever role you are interviewed for in Dickinson House is on this basis. There is NO negotiable salary, and if you are told this, record it and report them to ACAS. You cannot be paid a base rate and be classed as Self Employed whilst working under the PerDM Group.

Your job title is: ISA (Independent Sales Advisor). Whatever you read on job sites, this will be your title. Nothing more, nothing less.

Brett Heyes and his girlfriend Claire Bedfield (previously from Primus apparantley) are moving to America very soon. One of the sources behind all of this works with Outsource Ten. It appears that the press has really got to Brett.

Lawrence Randall, Will Stone, Kyle, and Phil Alexander are all WELL KNOWN amongst staff to party very hard on Thursday nights. Columbian 'flour' tends to be a product of choice especially for Lawrence Randall.

After reading these comments - what I find to be the most worrying fact is that it has been going on for so long and continues to, evidently.
     I've been applying for jobs daily over the past few weeks via a few job sites. I received a call one morning off Bradford Outsource (apparently) asking me to come to an interview the following day. Foolishly so, I was quite excited.
     The first thing that made me doubt the legitimacy: I'm not a snob in the slightest, yet the reception/waiting room area seemed more like a tacky, run down hairdressers. First impressions are important.
     My appointment was due at 11am. The reception was surprisingly very busy, with people being called out to every few minutes. Unfortunately, nobody appeared to be calling my name. After an hour of sitting there growing all the more inpatient and angry at the company, I decided to get up and walk through reception to speak to the secretary. On passing, a guy who claimed to be the assistant manager (said he worked with Jake, and that Jake was going to be his best man at his wedding) said they'd somehow managed to confuse the interview times, but he'd be more than happy to see me. The interview was basically a step-by-step talk on the graduate progression scheme, whereby I could be assistant manager myself in less than a year. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, as I understood that he naturally had to be persuasive in his line of work.
    The day after I went for the so-called second round appointment, as I'd be selected as a promising candidate out of sixty applicants. However, a similar thing happened again. I'd been sitting there for a long time, til the same assistant manager called my name. He said because I'd not had my interview when I ought to have had, I couldn't participate in what the other successful candidates, which was some kind of observational field day. So, because of the inconvenience he'd take me to lunch and go over the job description.
  From talking one-on-one with the guy, I sensed something fake and untrustworthy about him. The word "sly" was going round an round my head throughout the whole thing. Because I have absolutely no experience or knowledge in sales, what he was saying could have been absolute [***], yet I took it as fact in my naivety. I still couldn't allow myself to trust him though.
   After our short lunch (paninis - his recommendation and "treat"), he said he'd show me some field work after returning to Dickinson House.In there, he told me to wait in reception again for a few minutes whilst he rang a taxi to take me (a bit strange, yes?). Waiting for another 20 minutes, and growing angry again, he called me out to his office. In there, a girl was lay curled up on the couch. He introduced me as his girlfriend, brushed her off and said he'd see her later, hinting for her to leave. A bit off guard and flustered, he seemed edgy and had appeared to have completely dismissed his previous arrangement, and told me I'd have to come back again the next day to speak to a graduate who could talk me through it and share his experience. Agreeing to, I'd decided by then that this was not a company I wished to work with - ever. I ignored the two phone calls received later that day, and the two the following day.
Applied for some jobs again the other day and received an email off a company called LJR ltd (I think) asking me to go to an interview, at Dickinson house. The email was written a very similar format to the one off Bradford Outsource, and the name - Lawrence Randall seemed all too familiar. I emailed the company half an hour before my assigned interview time telling that I couldn't attend, as something more important had come up.

I know I could have been more straight to the point here but I got a bit carried away writing, as it's something that has really got to me. I'm not one to dictate what is legitimate and what isn't, yet I cannot trust this organisation one little bit.

i have been unemployed since new year but been doing tempory work with an agency, when i applied for this job role i thought great something to see me over untill i find somthing more perminent or if i like it i could even work my way up in this firm, but a friend told me that he had a weird encounter with a company last year and it sounded to him like this company might be the same one, so i decided to input the phone number on google and i found this forum, THANK GOD i did.
after spending money i havent got on new interview attire i will not be attending dickenson house for my interview tommorw. and hope that other people see this page befour they attend an interview,

Its a scam? I earned 5 grand in 35 days! My opinion is each person who's wrote about how it's a so called scam is just scared of hard graft stop winging about people who have been nothing but supportive and helped me achieve what I wanted to at the age of 18 I'd be embarrassed rather than giving it a crack you came home and had a winge on here!!
