If the carphone warehouse are trying to contact me regarding a "non-urgent matter" then why do they insist on calling 5 times a day, every day for past few weeks. Not happy.

Keeps ringing me mobile already update.

Reading the comments below - I'm guessing this is a scam!  I did deal with carphone warehouse - but I'm pretty sure this isnt their official number!
If you pick up the phone - it just rings off (in my case)... and am not ringing it back!

Looks like these people are not going away. I am surprised that this has been allowed to continue for so long. The messages from this site for example go back to 2009 why haven't the authorities been involved.

Im fed up off this number ringing me everyday. Answered once and they put the phone down, im not ringing back and wish i never signed up fr a contract phone with CPW now.. id rather be on pay as you go than have that number ring me everyday!!!!

This number rings me every single day since I got my new phone contract and I never answer. After blocking this number they began ringing me from a new number. Getting beyond a joke.

i think it carphone warehouse phoning me i have told them it was mums phone and she has past away and i am still getting calls from them

Really pis*** with this now its 20:27 and they have just called for the 6th timw today. abuse will start being said down the phone tomorrow if they ring again!!!!

ive had this number plus 2 other numbers calling me the past 5 days :/ people are saying its the carphone warehouse ringing for you to upgrade thing is ive only just gotton my iphone on contract 2 weeks ago :/

I have had this number and an 09125555601 calling me .. i missed all of them but they won't stop phoning me will they stop after a while?

For the past 3 days I have been getting at least 4 calls a day from this either this number or from 01925555601 or 02086175910, all of which are apparently carphone warehouse numbers. I've ignored all of them, will continue to do so, and will definately not be renewing my contract with them!

This, and all the others mention in this thread, is definitely a CarPhone Warehouse marketing number. I complained to CWH about it using their Contact Us link:

this is from their reply:

'...I have investigated your query and I can confirm that from time to time we will contact customer with new offers of mobile phone. I'm very sorry about the service you received. Carphone Warehouse sets very high standards of customer service but in your case these were not met and I have now removed you from our marketing list...'

I have not received a call from them since although that was only a couple of days ago. Fingers crossed
