Just got a call from this number asking to speak to Andrew Knight (?) - the name I just spotted on the comments board here (strange!) something about a credit refund for £1K. After telling him he's got the wrong person, he apologised and hung up.

I've had two called from 01614781080. The first trying to tell me I had been miss sold insurance and the second I hung up on when they tried to do the same. They were using my maiden name so their database is at least 9 years old. I want to block them calling again if I can.

they called me twice today, I didnt answer as I recognized the number being a manchester number, I dont know anyone in Manchester.....?

Completely pissed off with the constant phone calls from this lot.   Got called constantly one day and even after answering 3 times (ignoring the rest) and telling them to [***] each time, they STILL call back.  Anyhow, today i've had enough.   Called the number and actually spoke to a human.  I said "can I give you my mobile number ?" and she said "yes sure" so I said "yes it is"and gave her the number.  She said "Is that Miss J R***?" so I said it was.   Then I just said "now kindly please STOP calling it".  In a shocked voice she says "oh, have you been getting calls from us?" !   DOH !!!!

I Am on vodafone and i have had a call of them 50 times now and it is really bugging me WHO IS IT ?????

Bit worrying about the Aspire bit in these posts.  I have just purchased a Aspire netbook last week and all of a sudden I have had calls on landline and 2 on O2 mobile today.  Might not mean anything however I will be well fed up if they are connected.  Will be wondering what other info is being passed on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been called almost every day by this number and each time I've answered they've hung up! Won't be calling back, and will be trying to block their calls after seeing this thread!

Got two missed calls from this number and was worried it was a family problem due to the area code. Rung it back and got a very unprofessional man telling me that my bank owed me money, and asking if I'd had a loan in the last two years. Even had the cheek to tell me the BANKS were 'scamming' people. Swiftly told him I wasn't interested and he didn't seem surprised!

Number keeps ringing and I'm TPS registered.

So I had a phone call of this number today and they ask for my 17 year old daughter!?
I told her that she had the wrong number and she said she would call back later, I would love to know how they got my number and my daughters full name grrr!

This number called my mobile on 2 occasions, I answered one and the line went dead. I then googled it and it says that it is a UPS (courier service), then I found this link. I hope it is not a scam to tap into my phone.

this number as been phoning every day wanting to speak to my daughter for the last few weeks and ringing her on her mobile!!!
