    had call from this number told them i wasnt interested then hung up the next day got another call from them but a different person i said you called me yesterday  i said again i wasnt interested but recieved another 8 calls from them in one day i will wait and see what today brings lol

    Hi, I've just had two calls from this no.

    telling me about all sorts of stuff about getting money back from my bank loan.

    The funny thing is I don't have a bank loan.

    They don't do email, so they can't send me any stuff.

    But if I give them my address they will send me a claim pack I can fill in and sign and they can then access all my financial details.


    Does this sound weird to anyone else??

    They called me and then I asked for email details got none.

    I ph them back later on and with just my phone another person knew who I was.


    Weird or what?

    just ignored a call from this number, tried to call them back and some male answered the phone 'hello' no annoucement of the organisation or nothing - how unprofessional to say the least. I will be making a note of the number - so that I can ignore them. I don't need the hassle right now ;o(

    they called me at lunchtime, didnt tell me who it was but knew my full name.  They told me they were calling about an outstanding loan and when i said i didnt have any started going on about payment protection - i said again that i didnt have any outstanding loans so they "promised" to remove my number from their database.

    I got two calls from this number today. I ignored the first, but decided to answer the second (I'd checked online who it was from: Claims Action Group). I let him go through all the spiel then, when he started to ask me questions about my loan, I asked him to hold on for a moment. I then just left him hanging on ... he'd gone when I checked 10 minutes later. I hope they will put a note of this against my number and won't bother calling again. I know they're only doing a job, but it's a nuisance and it gave me a little bit of satisfaction to let them hang on while I went to make a cup of tea (petty, I know, but what the heck).

    I have checked their website and made a complaint to the Government body they refer to. I suggest anyone else getting these calls does the same

    If you are getting calls from this number try sending the following e-mail to Claire.Morrisey@Claimsadvisorygroup.co.uk (Complaints Manager) It seems to have worked for me.

    This number has phoned me everyday for the past 2 weeks. everytime i answer the line goes dead.
    After reading all comments on here I am going to put them onto the reject button on my phone. They can sod off i not interested.

    I've had several, always at inconvenient times, from this number too.
    I have reported the CAG, quoting their number, to Ofcom and advise all of us being targetted to do the same.
    Ofcom say that if they receive several complaints about the same company they will address the matter directly.

    I love this site - I am job hunting and accepting calls from even unknown numbers at the moment which is a real hassle when it's from people like this.  Well done for your research I will make sure I list this as "Do not answer"!

    Received a call from this number. Sounded like Taaj on "come fly with me". Told me that I had taken out payment protection or something, that I might have been incorrectly sold this and that I would be eligible for compensation. I informed the gentleman that I do not take out such insurance and that it was therefore unlikely that this was correct. He suggested that it might be associated with a mortgage, but I informed him that I didn't have a mortgage. He then suggested it might be associated with the purchase of furniture, but again I have only ever bought cheap furniture from IKEA, so again highly unlikely. He went on to suggest it was associated with the purchase of a car. I have never had a loan for this purpose. I asked him how he had managed to obtain my mobile number, but was unable to tell me where he had obtained this information or how he had obtained my telephone number. I am registered with the call preference service.

    I get calls from this number up to 3 times a day which can be as late as 9pm at night.   I now no longer pick up.  You would think they would get the message but apparently not!

    Bluffing fellows~~~! I'm just a temporary contracted worker in UK for about a year. They said they know my loans for the last 10 years and will refund for me. What the heck!
