So to summerise the take nearly half your money if they actually do anything, but if you dont want to persue the claim they take 39% of what the claim should have been even though you didn't win anything.

recieved call the guy did not identify himself or the company he was working for so just told him he had got the wrong number

i keep gettin these calls 4 the past week i answered once n told em its a wrong number but yer they av called me several times 2day wished theyed stop only got this number 2 months ago

This is a repost of the message i put down against 01612416819 as they both ask the same things!.

I have received anything from 2 to 22 missed calls from this number everyday for the last 7 months, i did answer it at once and they begun asking personal information including NI number, Depth details of parents and my partner, bank account number, sort code, monthly income, account CARD number, security number and Exp. Date! In my line of work, security isn't taking lightly so all information i gave was false just to see how far and in how much detail the company would go. Once the phone call come to a point where i was certian the next question would be close too ''What is your personal password and service number'', I demended they remove all of my contact details from their database otherwise i would take legal action against them on the grounds of not only attempt of fraud but also harrasment. The calls stopped for a few days then i started to receive calls from a very similar number. If your mobile has a ''Number Barring'' Feature i would suggest using that.

just had a call from these CAG they said the name was when i said i didnt know who they were asking for obviously not my name lol they hung up

Just called my old phone which is now my brothers. Funny thing is that i ALMOST took out a loan a few months ago with a dangerous scamming company based in manchester. They were called bentley cooper and upon googling them, found they were a scam company. They rang me back to clarify my loan acceptance and i said "oh ive now got the loan from somebody else". And with a tone change towards me, "oh right, whos that with then?". "i dont see why you need to know that, its a mainstream bank". "okay thanks bye". And i didnt hear from them again. Of course i have NEVER had a loan or any form of credit as im 18 and was almost stupid enough to give them extra info. I dont have huge worries personally as im Well protected with my bank account but it makes you sick to think somebody else might just fall for this. When this number called me this morning 01614781190, they called
Me by only my first name, and didnt ask for a new contact number or anything. Not professional to say the least. Please be careful out there, its disgusting how people can do this.

This number comes up at least 3 times aday even when I have told to stop calling me

Just got a call from these. They are in breach of their regulator's rules (Ministry of Justice) which prohibits cold calling. If you get a call feel free to report them www.claimsregulation.gov.uk .

Received a call on my mobile but they hung up when I answered. As soon as I put my mobile away a call came through on my works direct number and displayed the same number!

hiya thanks people, i have had lotsof calls from 01614781190. i answered, they told me aswell that i was due money summit to do with a loan i had. the funny thing is i have never had a loan in my life lol. so now after reading everyones comments i cant wait for them to call back. so thanks to everyone for taken the time to write on here to warn people what this "so called group is like". next time they phone back il play along with them till they get bored on hang up and decide not to call back. or do what i usually do ask them to hold on for a minute and just leave the fone on the call till they get fed up and p**s off lol that usually works.

well i just got another call from this "scam" and missed it oh dear lol. so i thought il call them bck so i did the first time i got this guy that hung up as soon as he realised he shoudnt have picked the phone up lol. so what i thought was hmmm play them at there own games and called and called and called. i dont mind as i get free calls so its not costing me lol. they must have got sick of the constent calls and finally picked up. i said hello can you tell me who this is please "nothing said", then why are you phoning me " he said he was a guy from some advisory place and went on to ask if i had eva had a loan blah blah blah. i said no i have never had a loan and then they went on to ask "oh wait a min do you have a contract phone" my answer nope pay as you go. (which was a lie am on contract lol),so if i have answered both your questions no then why the hell are you calling me. couldnt give me a straight answer blah blah blah again then quickly hung up after saying your numbers will be taken off our database. so we will wait and see if they really do it.lol dont think they liked it when it was them getting fired with all these stupid questions. so thanks again guys for putting not only me but other people in the loop to who these people are.

stupid idiots, it's always a scam, if they don't leave a voicemail then you know to ignore.
if you want someone to get in contact with you then you will have most likely given more details than just your mobile number!

haha i got great advice off 'whocallsme.com' with regards to a similar number, the advice was:
1. go to asda buy an air horn for £1.50
2. answer the call nest time they ring
3. give em what for
4. expect a hassle free telephone life!

also works with a rape alarm!

Just got a call from this number but I couldnt answer it. Decided to look up the number and found this helpful site. Least I know I can ignore it or have some fun if I answer. Hee.

Repeated calls which just hang up - tried calling back on land line but always engaged.

I answered to this number and they put the phone down. I have a newborn baby. Been getting LOADS of marketing calls recently and I think it's to do with Bounty Baby Club giving out my number. I text the 0161 number back telling them not to fûck!ng ring me again and remove my fûck!ng number.
Hopefully, that will work. Nobs.
