If anyone has managed to speak to this company - and has asked for their number to be removed from the mailing list and CAG have failed to do so.
Contact OFCOM and report them as they can be fined for continually contacting you, when you have requested that they stop.

Have had calls from this number on two occassions

DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL they claim to help you but in fact they dont. I have got 30 calls in 2 weeks from this number and finally answered them to ask them to stop calling me they guy was really friendly and said if I got to the website and register my phone number all calls will stop what he didn't say is that they charge you a monthly fee

I answered, said hello - no reply so I hung up. Blocked the number since finding your website. Thank goodness I did.....I wonder just how many people never ever think to try Googleing a telephone number? Cheers!

i got this strange phonecall this mornign. they tald me that i can claim some money back from my car insurance company, but i never had a car can't even drive. so they ask is i have bought a sofa? one big joke... guy was british, and said is phopning from manchester

Hi I put in a finance order with scs and i wanted to cancel it so a man with a welsh accent from manchester phoned me from scs and canceled the order. Then 3 hours later what sounded like the exact same man phoned me from this number claiming that i was being refunded £1500 from a finance company one like car insurance or dfs. He soon started stumblin his words when I told him I'd never had any finance then he started sayin he was somebody from a company that helps pay off debts?? hmm con man!

also the area code was from manchester and he said he was from manchester

This site has been really helpful. Have had calls from this number several times a day for the last few weeks. Haven't answered them. Persistent sods aren't they? You'd have thought they'd have given up by now! lol

This number is always calling me.
If it rings again I will ask to erase my details then tell them to f*** off. Atleast 6 times a day if not more.
Theres nothing wrong with my voice mail so leave a message FFS.

Several missed calls-no message left-checked this site---Hay ho

I have been receiving calls on my mobile with this number at least 4-5 times a day since last year October-November. I never answered it, but it would always leave voicemail. I'd check my voicemail, but all I'd get was my voicemail announcement that the call was from an unknown caller then about a 5-second blank message. I am getting very annoyed now! I wish there was a caller blocking system on my phone!

Getting calls from these people for over a month now - very tiresome!  They have never spoken to me either!

I "Googled" their telephone number which said they are a no win, no fee company with a record of this type of call strategy.

I e-mailed them at   info@claimsadvisorygroup.co.uk    asking them to stop calling me and to remove me from their calls database, which they said they have done but really they have not.

I just ignore the calls now.

This number has just started calling me last week, Thursday 3 times, Friday 4 times, Saturday 2 times.  

They are yet to call me today...I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognise.  I wait for voicemail and call them back...as they don't leave voicemail I haven't called them back.  

Thanks to this site I will not be calling them back and will try as suggested by another contributor to set up this number in my contacts and divert all their calls to my voicemail so that I can ignore them.

Called this back, said i was through to the claims advisory group.  ignore these calls.

Dont say anything the phone just goes dead sick of it had about 5 calls

I have 15 missed calls from this number in 3 days! One I managed to answer but they didn't answer me back. Tried to call back but number is 'unavailable'. Have sent a voice txt to tell them to [***]

I get many,many calls from this number,can't they be stopped?

I've had several calls from this number.  I told them I have had no loans or finance in the last 10 years and they said they would remove my number from their database.............I'll have to wait and see!
