    I call these people scammers because they are scammers.  

    They informed me that If I am claiming through another company or bank they still want their sahre.  They do not have the right to take a share of the money if I am claiming through another company, and if I am claiming through another comlany that is my business.

    They do not want bank details so they can contact your bank.  CAG have not contacted my bank I know this for sure because I contacted my bank and they told me they have had no contact from CAG, and further more they will not deal with them.  They only want bank details so they can debit people's accounts, which is very dishonest.

    And as for get off a DMP and get a job I am trying to get a job, but so far I have not been successful.  Do you know how hard it is to get a job obviously not.

    I think you need to do some research for Claims Advisory Group, because you obviously don't the company you work for very well.

    They do not do exactly what they say on the tin, and they do lie to people.  They claim to contact peoples banks to get information to persue their claim.  CAG have not contactd my bank I know this for sure because I contacted my bank and was told that they have had no contact with CAG and they won't deal with then as information regarding customers bank accounts, credit cards and loans is highly confidential and cannot be disclosed to a third party.  They are not helping people, they are scamming people out of thousands of pounds because they don't have money to pay their own debts and accounts, which were well overdue, and what makes this worse is that they are preying on people who are vunerable and they know don't have the money to pay them.

    I cancelled my claim 4 months ago well within the cooling off period, and I have received a letter from CAG informing me my claim will be cancelled and an invoce for £850 for the work they have done and all they have done is fill in a few forms and send them out to me all of which would cost no more than £10, WHAT'S THAT IF ITS NOT A SCAM.  They can kiss my [***] if they think they are going to get a penny out of me.

    If they had bothered to do their job properly and do what they are paid to do, and contact my bank they would know that my bank account has been suspended and my debit, credit card and cheque book have all been cancelled until I pay off the arrears which I am paying on a debt management programme at £1  month, so I don't even have a method by which I can pay them.

    So don't [***] people 'tatzboy, research the company you work for.  If they are legitimate and they are not running a scam, then they won't have any objection to me contacting Rogue Traders will they.

    If you want a bit of vengeance on this "company", why not abuse the free-fone number that is on their site?
    It's 0800 027 9744 and I'm sure they won't mind the occasional cold call!

    To be honest all of you are truly thick they need to know who your loans were with and they don't ask for any account details, and cold calling you have all opted in to be contacted by third parties it's your own fault for ticking that box

    This number is to a company called The Claims Advisory Group who are nothing but a bunch of scammers who keep cropping up using differnt Manchetter area numbers. You tell them to stop ringing they are after you non stop. There needs to be a way of stopping these scammers who cause nothing but upset and distress to the people they keep pestering. We had a loan from our own bank and made a claim using another company however they keep ringing me saying that i owe them a fee as they had done all 'the work'. They did nothing, they did not contact my bank as they claimed they had and they have now been blocked both on my phone and by my bank.

    KEEP AWAY FROM THEM AND IF THEY CALL PUT THE PHONE DOWN OTHERWISE THEY WILL JUST HARASS YOU.

    SMUDGE, and what ever other alias you are using on here i guess you are one of the claims advisory groups employees trying to con people into thinking they are thick and that CAG are a good company. Get off here and go and harass more unsuspecting people we know that gives you a feeling of pleasuie.

    When I lived in the Uk, I worked for the CAG in one of their salesfloors.  This place is a f**kin joke.  They treat their staff like s**t giving them unreasonable monthly targets.  My ex girlfriend worsks there still and she says they have 10 toilets for 500 people.  You wish to pay them a visit?     i work for a company just like this doing people ppi claims and if it say 0161 then it is 0161 as for all the comments calling us idiots at the end of the day its our job to call people some data are opted in the person actually calling you from the call centre dont actually no uve not asked for the call they are just folllowing the data if you dont like it join tps and make sure your read small print on things you buy ie electrical goods etc if u dont read some small prints u actually enter your self in to be called these people just do there jobs and make a living the same thing im sure everybody else does and all they are doing is trying to help you from being confused if you want to do it your selfs banks and many other places ripped quite alot of people off with this payment protection insurance because of the profit it was making all the call centre people want to do is help u claim it back this is there job it really angers me that just because they are a call centre person you scream and shout down the phone and them and stereo type them straight away just think to urselfs if it was ur job would u like people to listen to you if its in regards to helping claim back what the banks ripped u off? ask your self next time u get a call is this really worth me getting angry about or can i spare this person 5-15 minutes of my time to get this call over and done with??????????

Let these idiots go and get there money from the bank and watch them sell them short and give them a rubbish refund back like 10% of what they are really owed. Ask yourself this people if the banks miss sold you ppi and robbed you in the first place you really think they are going to give you all the money your entitled to? Once you claim and it goes to the FOS you can't claim again so think about it. Also you are all kicking off because they are calling. You op-tided in to be called, by ticking the 3rd party box on the small print. This is there job ffs, get over it at least they are not stuck on job centre sucking benefits and at least they are getting back at the banks who messed us all up in the first place.     I currently work for claims advisory group, yes we are based in Manchester and no it is not a scam, in the calls customers a re made fully aware of the service they are signing up for because we read out our terms and conditions over the phone, the ministry of justice regulate us.. the data we have on the system is the data that customers have opted in, otherwise we would not be allowed to make these types of calls. Also we don't take any form of sensitive information over the phone like you're all saying, we take a loan provider, what year the loan was taken and roughly how much the loan was for.. What could we possibly do with that information towards your accounts? No up front costs and also no sign up until the customer signs the paperwork an sends it back to us.. Therefore te customer is fully aware of the service we offer as a business which is a completely legitimate service and we help many of the millions of people mid-sold PPI by lenders.. Who's in the wrong, us or the lenders?

    I was desperate for cash 2 summers ago and was offered a 'job' by these clowns in their office in Central Manchester. The owner is a lifelong scammer and the middle-management and , of course, grunts on the phone are no-hopers. Most are uneducated Asians. Needless to say I left at lunchtime on the first day.
