I keep getting calls and they hang up. Once they asked for me by name, and then hung up? They are becoming a pain in the a..!!

have had sevaral calls too mobile on ppi insurance told sevaral times too

got a call when i was at work said i would call them back their number was busy luckily i saw some posts on this website its now saved as manchester con on my phone for when they call again

I have had lots of calls from this number but have not answered them as it is on a mobile i rarely use.

These idiots just rang me saying they were calling from CAG (I think as I couldnt really understand the man). He said I was due a refund, I asked what for, he asked if I had had a loan in the past 10 yrs and I said yes but not with you. He replied with 'I am only trying to help you love' to which I hung up! The cheek. He did know my full name which was a bit frightening!

The ministry of justice website lists them as an 'authorised company' which is unbelieveable.

Had lots of missed calls from this recently, always check this site and now i know its a scam. I have now started ringing them repeatedly (free calls on contract) and leaving them saying "hello.....hello....hello" this is great fun! ha ha

and now they answered with "am i speaking to carl?" (my real name)

i said yes and i am reporting you for being a scam business, remove my details now.

they replied with "let me give you the address of our website"

i said [***], i dont give a [***] about your website remove my details now and i am still reporting you.

im still going to have some fun with them, just on private number now.

this number has been calling me for weeks and it is infuriating. I tell them to take me off their list and to stop calling me. It is a company called the Claims Advisory Group in Manchester. I've just rang them back and told them if they call me again I'm going to the Police. If it doesn't stop I am taking it to the Citizens Advice Bureau.

just got a call from these on my pay as u go mobile which i thought was strange, than literally 1 sexond after i hung up thry phnoed my landline, i generally just hit secrecy and leave the phone off the hook, and let their bill run up that little bit more

just called 01614781190 from my home number turns out the company name is CAG. and as a few peeps have said they are based in manchester. they are looking for people who have been missold ppi or any other finance insurance... say they can win back up to £5000 for you no win no fee dont know wot the fee is as i told him  that ive never taken any ppi or such product cos thats a con in its self and he promptly hung up on me jezz no manners these people. so wot i would say is tell them to off and if you get the chance tell them you are reporting them to the fsa.

was on nights mobile went in morning answered it, got no reply. have pestered me for weeks, they dont even speak when i say hello. thing is how have they got my mobile number, i dont even give my work it, just family and friends.

I had a call from these people they said I was entitled to a refund on a loan which is strange because I have not taken out a loan. They then asked for my bank details I said I am not that stupid to give them out. Told them I was with the telephone preference service and would report them if they phoned again.

Hi, This number ring me every single day if i didn't answer they no leaving any massage if i answer the the so they try to get my bank detail's,but i ask them please don't ring me but they idiot still every day ring me more then 4 time..

they have also been ringing me for months, sometimes from a different no. but still the same town, they keep asking me if i want a loan, very annoying, and they also claim to be different companys when ringing from a different no.- its obv to me that they are just based in one call centre, i have told them to stop calling me, and they havn't, also spoke to the police about this and they said to me that because they are not harassing me in a bad way theres fook all i can do about it, even my phone company wont change my number as they are 'offering' me something, so i just ignore any calls i dont know anymore,
