This number keeps calling and does not leave a message. Who is it? Should I answer it?

They called me tonight, wos stupid enuff to say ive had loans and now waiting for claim forms to be sent, i wont b replying, never gave out any bank card details so thats sumit, SCAM indeed!

i have had this company calling me a least 10 times a month. i have asked them very nicely to stop calling me. on my last call with them i asked the advisor what his name was. this guy was a asian man with a name of adam mike(i don't think so). i asked to speak to his manager who couldn't confirm the advisors name. so they are just lying on calls.

i think these people are just after your credit/debit card details, do not give the comapny the time of day

They have been ringing me for the last 2 days and I have missed both calls. I found the area code was from Manchester and was wondering why are they ringing me and where did they get my number? I was abit weary of ringing back because I dont know who it was. You all say it's about some sort of loan things? I've never had a loan! but this website has helped alot, dont think i'll bother answering the call time wasters, thanks :)

They are regulated under the ministry of justice so good bet would be to complain to them.  This company pestered me for about 3mths a couple of years ago but when I threatened harrassment charges they stopped.  They started again yesterday and I will be making a formal complaint.

This number calls my mobile 3 times aday and hangs up , never answer to that number

This number keeps phoning my mobile then disconnecting when I answer, i've just googled the number to find out who they are.

This could get very amusing. Go to http://www.claimsadvisorygroup.co.uk/index.php/contact-us/ and look at the bottom of the page. There you'll see this phone number, so it's definitely these people who are harrassing us (I've just mssed a call from them, what a shame!!). On that web page is the option to email them WITH ANY FEEDBACK.  Well, they asked for it.....

I called them back this evening, about 1830. They answered and I asked to be taken off their system. Hopefully something will come of it.

The chap was actually quite polite so maybe they have been given a rollicking by someone influential.

Have had this number call twice today and once yesterday and I have not taken the calls as in the past they have been trying to sell me life assurance .

I have had a few calls from this organisation, The Claims Advisory people and got rid of them. Today my wife had a call on her mobile - I assume they have bought a list off some other company. After all we unwittingly give our mobile numbers to all sorts of companies, especialy if dealing over the internet and these numbers can be bought by Telemarketing companies.

Th Claims Advisory Group may, or may not, have  the ability to get some of your money back, as many people will have been mis-sold loans or protection insurance at some stage. But.............be very careful; personally I wouldn't have anything to do with anyone doing business over the phone; if you are interested in using them to get money back, get everything in writing first and check  it out with a professsional or the Citizens Advice Bureau.

I get at least five calls a day from these muppets have asked for my name to be removed but they still call!!  I rang back and they answered "claims direct"!!

I have had several missed calls from this number in the last few days, so when I was able to answer it today I was well prepared. I just said I had not taken out any loans in the last 10 years (which is true) and the lady said, "OK thank you we'll take you off our database then". I just hope she's also telling the truth.

Had a call about same time every day this week. Nobody there when answered. If you return the call you get message saying you are on hold. Infuriating to say the least. Have now blocked this number on my phone.

I just had my third call from this number in as many days this guy told me i could get all my loan payments back in last ten years. Problem is I've never had any loans anytime, just one of the lucky ones I guess, never needed one. He told me his name was Paul Smith. Must have been buying a new tee shirt. Told him to f..k right off back to Bandlador or whatever asian country he came from.

32 calls in one week from that number did not recognise it so just rejected it think they took the hint after reading all these posts glad i never answered

Had a phone call from this number, so i rang it back, they had the wrong name first of all and then claimed i was due a refund from all my loans in the past 10 years which was excellent to me as i have never had a flaming loan in the first place!! So i instructed them to send a postal order as soon as possible, but i was not willing to give my address as i will go and visit there office to pick the postal order or cash up from them. Suddenly it went quiet on the end of the line....... wonder why!?!?!
