Debt agency keep ringing

It's Claims Advice. I also had 3 mised calls from them and called them back. The guy on the other end said "We were just calling about the payment protection insurance on your loan" Considering I dont have any loans I had no idea what he was on about

Keep getting calls but no voice mail left!?
Work in a Hotel so don't have mobile volume on but getting really annoyed now by this number keep coming in.

Amended to avoid obsolescence

Calls from this number EVER day.  Went along with it today and it seems they are cold canvassers from some calims advisory group.

When these ppl ring they usually ask for Mr Brown (but often other names, never my name) and are happy to give out the address they have on their database (which is never my address and often varies).  

Told me that they could find out for me if I'd been mis-sold any PPI and all i'd need to do is answer a short questionnaire then they'd send me  some forms to fill in.  

Gave them short shrift after 20 mins and told them if they EVER ring this number again I'd seek advice about harrassment.   Watch this space.

I have been contacted by this number on the 16th, 17th, 18th, 21st, 24th & today 28th February 2011.  Although I have hung up on them after telling the previous caller I was not interested, today a woman said I am entitled to £1500 compensation for taking out a loan with payment protection.  I politely told her that I have not taken out any loan in the last 10 years with payment protection so it could not apply to me and also to update her database with the fact that I do not want to be contacted.

Had 4 messages left on my mobile over the past few days from these people. I rang back and heard a lot of office noise in the background, so they are obviously annoying a lot of people with these calls.

Getting missed calls from this number. Stopped for a while but started again.

I have had repeated calls from this number to my landline and once to my mobile. I ignored all until my partner answered the phone and the caller said he needed to speak to me as I had contacted them about a claim (he lied!!) so when I spoke I demanded to know how they got my number and he said they bought it from a database - I told him using in a very straightforward manner to go away and stop bothering me.

I would like to know who/which company it is so I can write and complain!!

They called me and I answered within 2 seconds, but they hung up when I said 'hello'. Had calls in the past....every couple of weeks, for last 6 months. Offered me cash back on loans, which I said I have not had any in last 10years and would they delete my information from their records. Just had a call now 02/03/11 @ 15.15

These guys called me for three days and every time I told them I wasn't interested. They were saying something about being from Manchester and something about loans and mis-sold PPI. Even though I told them I was in a meeting and couldn't talk they insisted on telling me their spiel.

Eventually I was politely rude to them and asked them to stop calling me. That seemed to do the trick. Although I wouldn't be surprised to hear from them again in a few months. Next time I'll tell them I work for the police and that I will start an investigation into their obvious con. That will probably make them stop.

I Believe these are a loan company, I originally wanted a loan from yes loans and since then had loads of texts and calls from unknown callers. Yes loans are a pain and knock you when you try and get a loan. Keep away, beware dodgy company.

Keep getting missed calls from this number.Very enoying.

I got a call today from this number, they said I had a loan over the last ten years which may have had insurance mis-sold.

I asked her to tell me when it was so i could identify which loan nd she just said it was in the past ten years.

I told her she didn't know at all and that she was just fishing, and she said that it was my money and if i wasn't inteersted she wouldn't persue it, and I hung up.

i get it too, its very annoying because i recieve these calls and school and it happens several times a day

I have received at least 15 calls from this number but have not answered it once as don't know who they are, only people I know have my mobile number so I would love to know how they got it. After reading all the other people's messages I'm glad I didn't bother answering, I will continue to ignore them.

I had missed calls and I ended up ringing them and they said about the whole loan business - I told them I'm only a student and that I was going to report them - they said they've now taken my number off the system and will leave me alone - thank god!

Got several calls from this number today - never gave them time to explain, but their computer obviously keeps calling!  Don't answer!
