It's sooooooo easy......... Just tell them you're from Northern Ireland. Am sure you've all seen "not available in Northern Ireland" written in small print under the insurance ads on telly. That's cos we have a totally different claims system and the b*******s can't operate over here. Good fun to give them a load of completely false info taking at least half an hour (if you're bored) and then ask everso sweetly, "you DO operate in Northern Ireland of course..............?"

Had loads of calls from these guys but from reading this note and knowing who they were i answered the next time they called. They are basically trying to sell you a service to claim back any insurance on loans that you maye have been misold over the last 10 years. They do not have details of your loans, they are just trying to get you to tell them more about you (basically being chancers)

I politely said that I have not had any loans in the last ten years and please remove me from your list. The call was polite from both sides but lets see if they now stop calling me.

I had a call from this number last night and the guy was really fishing for information about loans i might have had. I told him to call back today because i was busy. Just thought i should google the number and what a shocker. I can't wait for him to call back now.....

It's a company called cag regarding ppi which is payment protection insurance on loans etc u have had in the past 5years or so. They want 2 help u claim the money back

try calling 0800 096 1331 this is Baines & Ernst the solicitors who have all our mobile numbers on their database.

Just taken a call from this number on my mobile, asked for a person named xxxx, told the "boy" that he had dialled the wrong number.  Then he had the audacity to ask if I had taken out a personal loan out in the last 10 years, I gave him a short sharp answer to the effect that you misdialled a number and now you are asking for personal  information, he said he only wanted to send me a "pack", I didn't give him the chance to tell what sort of pack.  I sent him packing...

This company claims to be able to reclaim payment protection insurance on loans taken out.  This company is calling people at random - they are as bad and useless as companies that phone asking if you've had an accident.

Staff members are very agressive if you suggest it is a sales call.
Don't be fooled into thinking they will get money back from you - it is a waste of your time.

This company has called my mobile several times, looking for my mum. She doesn't have a mobile so sometimes gives out my number when I'm with her. I asked what it was about and when they said loans I told them very politely that I knew she wouldn't be interested and not to waste their time. He was quite rude. They rang again a couple of days later, and told them the same thing. They obviously don't have Mum's home number. Since then they've phoned a few more times and I've rejected the calls, sending them to voicemail. Their office must be noisy, or they're all hard of hearing, cos they go "hello, hello, can I speak to Mrs X?"! Idiots... :-)

got 2 calls and no one spoke so looked it up to see if its a problem phone number.....

I get this number at least once a day I do not pick up as I don't recognise the number

I am constantly getting called by this number, no idea who they are or why they call

changed our number a week ago and these jokers have rung will ignore them

I keep receiving calls from this number and as every one else says they started on about how they can help me claim back money ive paid on loan protection. I have told them time and time again im not interested and to stop ringing but they don't seem to want to take no for a answer. They keep phoning every evening often quite late in the evening and end up waking my children. So annoying I wish they would stop.

just started getting plauged by this company i have at least  3 missed calls per day upon leaving work. how do they get mobile numbers,is there anyway to stop them calling?

I have blocked this number on my mobile but they still try at least once a day and have been for the past few weeks - obviously dont get the idea I am not interested

They have phoned me twice a day for the past three weeks.  Obviously, I don't answer, it is getting annoying though.

In the last 2 days alone i have had 6 calls from this number but as soon as i answer the phone they just hang up on me who they are or what they want i still have to find out seeing as they wont even speak to me it is very annoying especially when you are so busy doing other things wouldnt be so bad if they said something instead of hanging up what a loser whoever they are

stop ringing my house /mobile phone with promises of reclaiming monies for loans i have taken out in the last 10 years,i have not had any loans and have no intention of taking any out,im fine as i am thankyou,please leave me alone.

They keep calling but nothing is heard, just a dead line. Now i kow its a scam I might have some fun with them.....you never know :-)
