The ads on this site are produced, I think, by Google depending on the subjects being posted about.  There are loan companies, debt management companies, and all sorts.  As I am not techy I don't know how it works but no doubt someone will be able to explain.  Personally, I have removed all ads from my computer so on WCM I just see pages of posts and nothing else.

I too listened to this programme.i found it very illuminating.remember the gentlemen from Colliers and gerald eve both very highly regarded firms confirmed what this gentleman said.i can only suspect that you work for one of those unethical firms who don't play by the rules.thank god the media are now getting interested in this unregulated industry.

don't understand your response. I heard that program and the goods guys said you should always use a registered person. I also wanted someone to look at my case and this steven guy sounded good and more importantly quick about it but I cant find him. I thought cos he was on the program he must be the same as the guys from the other two companies but he doesn't seem to be ... Dlnt really care about the rest of it just wanted someone to look at my shop. Cant find the restaurant guy either!

so why is no one talking about RVA Surveyors Agency OL10 1NG. They are invoicing businesses for getting them retail releif. The government give this via the council by filling in one form like with SBR and yet they are charging 25 per cent of the £1500 every retial business is entitled to. This is disgusting and yet whose looking at this.... How can they do this.....

Mmmmmmmm....your response reads like a diversionary tactic to shift the attention from one scam to another. Maybe this other company is worse, but it still does not legitimize the scam perpetuated by CVS...does it?

I would suggest you go onto the website rochdale news rva.they are being dealt with.

All these firms are as bad as each other.they just use different methods.in cvs case it is the amount of huge fees but what is worse as I have previously mentioned is that they are trying to charge for the period of 2015-2017.if you signed for just the 2010 rating list they cannot do this.i understand they are trying to sell the company so that they can all become tax exiles like Jason clarke.

thanks steve...bit odd....the only thing on the voa site is a dismissed appeal at VT by s a simon..no reduction on there for 2010??? Is s a simon the steve simon who was with you on the radio program? I thought you said he got you a reduction from start to finish with the cheque in your hand in three weeks but this is saying the case he put i for you was dismissed and the rv is the same as at 2010?????

Look on the 2005 list.

so he is telling us he recently he got money back but has been caught out fibbing that we can see that the appeal was dismissed.  Last time I looked in the diary 2005 was 10 years ago.  I dont actually believe him.  Nothing on record to say he did anything in 2005.

Nothing to do with thi particular thread but, whilst Googling something else I came across a website set up by Duncan Regent Associates slagging off Whocalls me for not removing complaints against them.  It's hilarious!!

So the appeal was resurrected.  Was this at Easter time?  I think you will find you are plugging a very old story!

Where is the fib.the reduction was given  in2009 and I got the cheque back.i would suggest you listen to the programme again.

ok doesn't show who got the reduction if anyone but if the 2010 that Steven Simon put in for you was dismissed doesn't that mean he didn't do the job properly and it don't say he did the 2005??? I think Peter has the right idea about this and you are in cahoots about this.

This Steven Simon guy cant be very good as it was dismissed.
