I have been, what I will now call harrassed by the this company for c. 18 months; they 'phone me 2-4 times virtually every day trying to pressure me into making a claim on bump by a third party into my vehicle in July 2010.  I actually now reject their calls.

It was just a clip on the rear side of my vehicle, and I assure them that I experienced no whiplash or any other kind of injury.  They continue to call even though;

1. I once agreed to be put through to a Lawyer, to whom I explained that I had no injury and I couldn't understand why they kept calling me; the Lawyer apologised and said she couldn't understand either and would tell them to stop calling me.

2. I have told them myself of course, that I have had no injury, and despite the rep. from the company saying things such as "If you think back very hard, you might recall you had slight whiplash or something" to which my reply was "I know what you're trying to get me to do, but the answer is no."

3. I have dialled an automated number on the one occasion that I can recall getting through to it when I rang their number, asking to be taken off their mailing list.  This was about a month ago, yet they're still calling me.

Sometimes when I ring the number, I get "This number is not recognised", the one occasion as above is an automated de-registereing 'service' and sometimes, after a half ring and a pause, someone answers but they say the company name so quickly I can't hear it.

If they don't stop hassling I will find out their company name - either through yourselves or ringing them and ask them to repeat their company name, and I will have the law firm where my other half works, to write to them to go away otherwise we'll nail them for harrassment.

I would be quite happy for someone to give me £2000+ but I am sure it will be at the expense of the other party's insurance being hiked up which I don't want to do as they did all the right things and everything was sorted smoothly.

I am sick to death of these people ringing me and my husband we get 3 or 4 calls a day. They even ring my mobile while i am at work. We have told them that our phone is being recorded and monitored by the ICO but that dosen't seem to make any difference. Now we just try to ignore the calls and let them waste their time and money.

This company is seriously annying me - they call at least 5 times a day, landline and mobile, to get me to claim for an accident that happened last year. I have told them again and again that I am not interested in suing anybody, completely pointless. I now use a whistle when they call, with luck they will get tired of having their eardrums whistled at.

ive been getting calls from this company 3 to 5 times a day, i tried the same thing explaining i wasent in my car when the guy reversed into my door but to no avail, so what i do now is start talking gibberish and start to laugh very loud and they soon hang up, im actually beginning to enjoy it and end up in a happy mood, they wont get to me im far to streetwise and strong minded for people like them. i would suggest to other people though to go to the police as not everyones like me.

Ah, I've thought about making out I'm speaking in some foreign language so might try that also.  Am thinking of dropping a line to Watch Dog.
