Some company called Samuel (etc) .. accident claims from an accident about 2 years ago. Told them to remove me from their list even tho we're on TPS. Idiots!

Same experience as TJ. Put the phone down on them!

Frequest phone calls from them re accident claim (settled) from 2 years ago. Have had 4 today while off sick from work.

These guys keep calling me trying to get me to put a claim in for compensaition for injureis I did not recieve.

I have told them that I do not wish to commit fraud, as soon as I mention this they get very agressive.

The need closing down

2nd time they called me asking if i wanted to make a claim for an accident i had in the last 2 years. Explained i've only had one accident and that was over 5 years ago. The person on the phone insisted i had got my facts wrong and i must have had an accident in the last 2 years or he wouldn't be calling me. Told him again i have not had an accident in the last 2 years but he was adamant that i had. Put the phone down on him

Loads of calls from these people, my details were leaked by my insurance co. who said they are trying to find who leaked details. I am ex-directory and was not even in the car when it was hit. They are driving me mad. I dont have caller ID so have to answer.

I KEEP GETTING PESTERED BY THIS NUMBER, SO  3 MY PHONE PROVIDER TOLD ME TO DOWNLOAD A BLACKLIST APP TO BLOCK THE NUMBER, AS I DID. I WAS UNABLE TO SEND ANY TEXTS WHEN I BLOCK THE NUMBER BUT WASNT TO BOTHERED. I NEEDED TO STOP THE CALLS. I WENT INTO HOSPITAL IN NOVENBER AND NEEDED TO TEXT FROM MY PHONE, SO THE MAN IN THE 3 SHOP REMOVED THE BLACKLIST APP FOR ME. ONCE IT WAS REMOVED MY PHONE AUTOMATICLY SENT 11860 TEXTS TO THIS NUMBER, WITH A BILL OF £1000!!! PLEASE ALL BEAWARE THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. IM NOW FIGHTING 3 SO I DONT HAVE TO PAY THE BILL FOR THE TEXTS IVE NOT SENT.

Got a call from this number name sounded like Samuel Brooks. It was a vague recorded message apologising for not being able to contact me???

I answered the phone before the answer machine kicked in so this was the original intended contact.

The number originates in the Manchester area.

There is a company registered with Companies House called Samuel Brooks Ltd. They are a data managing company so it looks like they could be the same one.

As with many of these companies their accounts are listed as DORMANT.

Under The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 the means of contact, and call is unauthorised and likely illegal.

Same here... I've asked them about 13 times now to stop calling me (TPS registered also) So I have resorted to calling them, letting them answer and hanging up immeditely.. lets see how they like - bloke is starting to sound a bit annoyed now. I've even posted there no on my fbook see if any of my friends in a bored moment would like to join in

Another Samuel Brooks accident call and I am going to report them to the Insurance Fraud Bureau for inciting people to make false injury claims www.insurancefraudbureau.org Searching for Samuel Brooks Limited and scam merely confirmed my suspicions
