Keep getting nusance calls to my home phone from a company Samuel Brooks Limited about compensation claims for my passengers in a minor prang 2 years ago where no driver and passengers were involved in any injuries. Case settled and closed with insurance company. They want me to claim for injury from the accident but I'm not going to put in a fraud claim!!!

im going through that now, my passenger is trying to claim tho and im scared my insurance is going to go through the roof! He wasnt in the least bit hurt, and i was doing him a favour at the time of the accident! Really stressed with it all, i dont know what to do!
