I to keep getting calls from this number when I answer theres nobody there fed up with these type of people cold calling i am supposed to be registered with the TPS phone service for all the good it does its about time something was done about these people I don't have a loan or any credit cards and have never had an accident

I've been getting a call from this number every night at 7.30pm with no one on  the other end. I did have a bump in January but it makes me wonder if it is coincidental and if not then who is selling the information on accidents?

My local MP is Mark Hunter, I shall be contacting him, this harassment has gone on long enough, I can only imagine that it must be frightening to the vulnerable older population.

I may also contact the Manchester Evening News, these cold calls are truly sinister, I am surprised nothing has been done about them so far.

Constant calls to mobile and home - where are they getting the numbers from?  How can they be stopped?

Lots of messages about people getting phones calls at odd times of the day etc and some wierd messages about petrol bombing???  the address buksh uses is probably a business forwarding address as most addresses are the same. also, if you facebook him, there is no-one from the UK with a proper and sensible profile.  He is a man who likes to hide.......

the only option is to call your telephone provider and report it with them. once you have 3 phone calls from the same company (albeit the same director from all of the above companies) and you have logged them each time, with your provider, then they can go to their nuissance caller department and get the police involved for harrassment.

this, i can see, is your only option. for the record, he is hassling my mum so i wanna get him too!!!

Keep getting calls from this number...pain in the [***]...about time these fly by night cold callers were stung with hefty fines for harrassment...SOD OFF... if I want your services I will call you...but don't hold your breath.

I have reported Samuel Brooks to the Insurance Fraud Bureau as they are inciting people to make false injury claims. http://www.insurancefraudbureau.org/

I also get daily calls from this company, and others, all giving the same reason as other posters on here. I reported it to Ofcom and TPS but still hasn't stopped. Often it is the same person calling me. I now hang up although today I did say the person they are calling in not known here! Waste of time really. What kind of people can do this? They're sick.

The agents who work for this company are just doing their jobs at the end of the day, the people who you should target are the owners. See details below, and for info they do use an autodialler which is totally indiscriminate i.e random calls to any number.

I am being called 3 times a day, 5 days a week by these sharks.  I have told them over and over that I am not interested and that my accident has been dealt with by my own insurance legal team. They do not take no for an answer and just ignore your pleas to be taken off their caller list. They are a disreputable company and I suggest that anyone being hassled by them seek legal advice and sue them for harassment and also complain to the ministry of justice in the hope of getting their licence revoked.

Have the same problem with these people, have warned them that I will start court action against them, still, the calls come in, up to 10 times a day, landline and mobile. Have reported them to TPS, hope this will put a stop at the calls. They should be closed down.
