- iknowwhoyouare| 12 repliesOh cleaned up justiceforvictims thats you who needs to have a bath and wash your vile mouth out for slandering companies you need sectioning woman
- Justiceforvictims replies to iknowwhoyouare| 11 repliesYour language befits your company.i hope the moderator does not delete your messages as it shows what kind of person you are.you believe I am libelling companies.i am not,I am stating the truth.something you cannot cope with.please answer my post of the 16 September.am I spreading lies? No,I am not.do you tell clients you have a success rate of approx ten percent.no you promise something verbally which is contradicted in your contract.just carry on slagging me off,it will get you nowhere.
- charley replies to Justiceforvictims| 8 repliesHi Justiceforvictims I instructed this company to deal with my rates but following on from signing the contract (no funds handed over) I have read all of their poor feedback and the fact that they only have a 10% success rate (following telling me it was guaranteed). Where do I stand legally and what should I do next as I have tod them I don't want to move things fowards and they are saying it has to be paid anyway? They are basically con artists so not prepared to pay them anything.
- Kema Nan replies to charleyIf it was a phone call from them you have 14 days on recipt of paperwork from them. If the guaranteed it as for the written gurantee and give them 7 days to provide you with this.. If paid a deposit on credit card put a charge back on it. If they threatened to sue you, tell them to go away as they wont sue...also report them to trading standards and to the insolvency service
these low life never sue as they have more to loose - Justiceforvictims replies to charley| 3 repliesI have to be careful what I write on this message board as sj read it.everything I post is fact and not libellous in any way.if what you write is true and they have promised you something verbally which they cannot fulfil, this is misreprentation.their success rate is approximately ten percent according to to the vo spreadsheet.this means you have a ninety percent chance of failure.you could be one of the lucky ones where they succeed.however it is more likely you will be unlucky.why did they say your rv is too high?this can be easily ascertained from the valuation list.any chance of your post code.
- charley replies to Justiceforvictims| 2 repliesThank you for your replies. justiceforvictims how can I get you my postcode in a private manner? Do you have an email for this purpose or anything?
- Justiceforvictims replies to charley| 1 replyJust give me the full post code of your premises.it does not matter if it is read by sj.i can let you know if you have a chance of reduction by looking to see if appeals had failed on the same parade etc.this is quite a simple exercise.costs you nothing.
- ??? replies to Justiceforvictims| 1 replyyour a conman who hides behind a computer.
Why not give your details for once instead of writing slanderous comments about companies you have never had dealings with, your a waste of space and time and are making up lies because you have nothing better to do with your time
PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS SO YOU CAN GIVE THIS COMPANY OR COMPANIES A CHANCE TO SEE YOU FACE TO FACE AND GET SOME UNDERSTANDING OF WHY YOU DO THE THINGS YOU DO - Justiceforvictims replies to ???Please explain why ninety per cent of your appeals fail having taken money up front.explain that in a satisfactory manner and I will go away.
- ??? replies to Justiceforvictimsi'm confused a contract is signed agreeing to pay on case acknowledgment and the client gets a case acknowledgment.... whats the problem you would have to be stupid to not understand that. and say you do read what you have signed and than you are unhappy why not cancel you have 7 days to cancel ?? again im confused why anyone would be stupid enough not to realise when they should pay.
i've not used this service but find it interesting that people would moan about a company who has'nt been able to finish an appeal if they haven't been paid, also its also interesting that you a person who has never used this company you would find it liberating to keep writing slanderous messages on different websites, i'd like to know what your back ground is and how you became an exspert on nearly every company in the uk. - ??? replies to charley| 2 repliesthis person has know back ground in rates and anything else for that matter, if you signed a contract which stated to pay on acknowledgment i would pay not panic about it,. you dont know yet if your case is success and if you are panicking i would ring the company up and speak to them, i havent used this company so dont know the ins and outs but i do know this person justice for victims and i have been following this person quite a while and have realised this is something they do for fun ruiing other peoples business so again i would contact the company discuss your concerns or contact your solicitor who can give you correct information
- Justiceforvictims replies to ???You know nothing about me.you state i know nothing about rates.you call me a conman for exposing the truth.how wrong you are.this all started many years ago when a friend of mine got conned by a firm called Bridgestone surveyors now liquidated.yes I have first hand experience of these firms.do I complain about reputable firms like Gerald eve, lambert smith Hampton, wetheralls, colliers,g l Hearn etc.no they are firms with a code of ethics.just because an appeal is acknowledged by the vo means damn all.you refuse to answer my question why do these firms that annoy me have a success rate of between five and ten percent.remember strattons and old fields when the directors were jailed for conning.this modus operandi is still carrying on.why are you worried about Charlie giving me his or her postcode.you can abuse me all you like.
- Justiceforvictims replies to ???And finally why do people sign up with these firms.simple they are promised thousands of pounds back verbally but the contract doesn't state this.thats the con.
- ????????????| 1 replyyour initials are P.... F....D
- Justiceforvictims replies to ????????????Carry on using foul language,it is quite amusing.you refuse to answer my questions.you state you are not connected to these firms,so why are you on this site.of course you are connected.but let me tell you it is now out of my hands because the authorities have been passed all the relevant documentation.and Charlie if you are reading please ask this firm on what grounds are they putting in an appeal.
- Jessica Nicholls| 1 replyJust looked at my phone had 12 missed calls from this number in a space of 2hrs! They had left 3 voicemails (they don't know they are leaving!) One of them said why the [***] isn't this [***] answering the phone! The other 2 where a lady singing/ trying to sing! How rude! Iv barred this number!
- MRICS3 replies to Jessica NichollsThe Rating Surveyors Association Marketing Code of Conduct states the following points which may be pertinent here:
"No fee shall be payable for merely physically lodging an appeal with the Valuation Office Agency, without attendant professional advice in relation to the proposed appeal".
Also, "Any marketing approach, whether in person, by telephone, in writing or by email, should be carried out professionally and without the making of untrue, exaggerated, irrelevant or inappropriate statements". - property diva| 2 repliesjusticeforvictims, i am sure you used to work for this firm as a surveyor, or am i mistaken??????
